I am Canadian my family been here for many generations don't think for one second this place is gonna turn into the middle east Canada was the first to invade and liberate the Netherlands from the nazis don't for a second think we won't act that way on our own soil to people who disrespect us at home during covid the government got lucky that we were peaceful what happens when you corner a wild animal people are gonna find out

This is what happened in the Netherlands: After the war, there was massive unemployment. (since not everyone is fit to work in construction) So we sent 5% of the country away, mostly to Canada. Most everyone who emigrated was fit and of working age. A lot of them where farmers. Twenty years later there was a massive labour shortage. Our country needed fit men of working age. So we got immigrants.
