One Indian family I met used a church claiming to be persecuted Christians to come here and got PR upon arrival. They have a daughter who should be in school but they keep her home and are more interested in finding their 14 Yr old a Hindu or Muslim husband. Canadian immigration is a fucking joke!

Another fact if a skilled immigrant like a Doctor come to Canada under a skilled immigrant program , apply wait in home country and gets his PR before coming.. the doc need to show funds to support him/her and the family.
