I am tired of people coming to Canada and not understanding why most Canadians celebrate Halloween And when we ask a Person that comes here if they take their children out for Halloween they say i Quote: We dont believe in the Devil only in jesus christ...This is a miss understanding and frankly an insult. I have an issue to pick with the framing of policy change as “changing the rule in the middle of the match” because “the match” has a clear time stamp for beginning and end.
