They were simply allowed in by their people on the inside and now they won't leave unless hunted down and rounded up at gunpoint. Even then they will still try to come back here. You cannot underestimate their shiftiness, ability to lie about every detail of themselves, it has to be understood that getting here and getting legal status here is the end goal of their life and almost nothing will stop them! Unless we do! MASS DEPORTATIONS NOW!!!
