Another fact if a skilled immigrant like a Doctor come to Canada under a skilled immigrant program , apply wait in home country and gets his PR before coming.. the doc need to show funds to support him/her and the family. He/she gets shit from the Govt , the Doc has to spend his/her own money to get credentials recognized, go back to uni at own cost . While asylum seekers gets everything free doing shit all day.

As a tax payer and as a traveller I buy my own travel insurance when travelling out of Canada!! Other than what I am covered by Alberta Health Care-I pay my own dental, vision, chiropractic, massage, MRI I have to wait months or pay for speed myself, I pay for my own Prescriptions!! I am 64 years old and have been paying income tax for 46 years I don’t get squat from the government!! It burns my butt that refugees come and get put up in a hotel, fed and are given thousands of dollars per year on my hard earned money!! as a refugee myself from Afghanistan, I know a lot of fellow refugees and immigrant who works for cash, abuses the system, don't pay taxes, if they are manager-they hire only immigrants and people they know, they think this way they will have a better life in Canada, but in reality they are fucking the economy and not thinking about its consequences in the long term. I assume most of them will wait no minute to go back to their home country once the economy in Canada crumbles. I feel really bad about this kind of behaviours and I feel ashamed.
