As a person living in India, my appeal to the Canadian people is don't let "asylum seekers" from India into your country without proper vetting. Legal migration of skilled labour is one thing you shouldn't be looking out for. They're already westernized. What you need to look out for are those that immigrated illegally. Please deport them, honestly. A lot of these self declared asylum seekers are people who've commited serious crimes here in India and running from the Law.

Deport them all, I am deeply concerned about the impact of current immigration levels and the lack of oversight regarding work permits. In sectors like food service and retail, there is a growing concern that positions are being filled through undocumented labor or cash-under-the-table arrangements. This bypasses our tax system and makes it incredibly difficult for Canadian students to find the part-time work they rely on for tuition. Indian here, our government have been requesting Canadian government to sent these Punjabis back home. They’re not even sending back dangerous people and allowed to “seek asylum” against jail time in India. I have no idea why Canadian government would allow this to happen to their own country.

People who don't want to talk to us, understand us, do business with us, rent to us. but the same people want us to assimilate, Convert, stop talking to each other and stop doing any business and pay better taxes to contribute better. Sorry to say, we love white people. I myself had to spend 5 years, put in efforts to make white friends, chinese, japanese, arab, black friends (in order to learn canadian culture and try to adjust myself in it, without compromising extremely on my spiritual beliefs and positive aspects of my culture). quite a few are very good friends and discuss my problems and share theirs while others behave like they are somehow supreme than me... 6.5 years in Canada, worked hard to assimilate and now, Federal Government backstabbed me for PR along with a minimum wage paying, but expecting $30 results employer (white-canadians)... So, I guess, people who are not trusting them knew something that I didn't... I never worked cash never tried to misrepresent myself to IRCC and this is what I am made feel... while 100s of people did cash jobs, saved money and today are getting PRs... still I am trying my best to stay legally, without exploiting loopholes... but, I feel scammed by the canadian dream.

There is no Canadian culture, what is the typical food of Canada, what are the typical dances of Canada, what are the historical monuments of Canada? Absolutely, and it is best not to pretend that it is not happening. Why is the Government flooding the Country with so many Immigrants at such a rapid pace ? Answer: Immigrants from certain parts of the World on average tend to be superficially obedient and compliant as regards Authoritarian Mechanisms ( social face ) However, they are simply more " skillful " and crafty when it comes to getting things done. They share the same cultures, languages, tribal and other local networks and many times those connections extend internationally. As Canadians, we tend to be highly individualistic, often politically and socially apathetic - in short, we do not have what they have. We are being out-competed and exploited by the very Freedoms we've fought to uphold.

The vast majority of Canadians (including the recent immigrants) want less immigration. There is no division at all. The only people who want more immigrants, are greedy businesses who don't want to pay Canadians decent wages.

At this point, I'm over every culture. We have been conditioned in the West to think that we have no culture, we need to embrace, worship, and accept everyone else's culture. Really over it. We have built a beautiful way of life in the western world and we should work harder to preserve it. I've been to India. Although I like most Indians that come to our part of the world, WE DO NOT WANT OUR COUNTRY TURNING INTO INDIA (or any other country/culture for that matter). Assimilate, get with the program, or GTFO. Enough is enough. Americans, Canadians, Europeans..stand up for your country and culture before it is completely erased.
