Tyler, Canada hasn't been a "white" country in a long time. Brampton is known for being an Indian enclave. I grew up in the GTA, and we had plenty of different ethnicities and that was just fine. Canada embraced multiculturalism a long time ago- there isn't any central "Canadian values". Not assimilating is only offensive in America.

Trying to be PC here but there is a socio-economic and possible hygíene difference I believe between Sikh and Hindu Indians. Missing key facts here. India has the highest violations but also the highest representation amongst students. Because the fees these institutions are asking for can only be paid by Indian/Chinese parents. The real question is, is the proportion of the people who is dishonest is same in all international students regardless of their country or not? These people spends tonnes of money not for the non value diploma Canada offers but the chance of permanently staying in Canada and will be dishonest to make that happen.

And these immigrants (all of them) must come to Canada after a very rigorous vetting screening process, bring their own money to support themselves during their entire stay in Canada, pay out of their own pocket for their medical expenses. Nothing should be paid by the host country...NOTHING. I don't have any recollection of ever going to a restaurant or hotel/motel and the country that im visiting is covering ALL OF MY LIVING COSTS DURING MY ENTIRE STAY.
