Immigration is only good if it benifits canada. Immigrate business families, doctors, professional engineers, etc who actually contribute to our economy rather than depending on free benifits. Benifits are onky for canadians who actually need it and not for temporary foreigners.

As for healthcare I was in the hospital because I had a kidney transplant but I'm a Canadian citizen born here in Alberta and I was at 55 at the time I had some autoimmune but anyway of a big problem is the nurses this particular nurse that would let in a person the wife of a person that was from Croatia or somewhere that was getting a kidney machine to take home on the Canadian tax dollar and the nurse would let the wife come in after hours have dinner and sleep in an extra cot every night for 2 weeks they caught her they told her she had to find other accommodations and then there's kept letting her in after the doctors and other nurses went home a lot of the problem in healthcare is because we have all immigrants now as nurses because all their people that were doing it quit because of covid

Well they forced the needle and so many doctors have passed away due to the needle which is a bioweapon. Explosion of turbo cancer, clots, other diseases. Done purposely.

Just an FYI here, lived worked my entire adult life in Canada, 62 now and don't have a doctor, can't retire anytime soon, but my illegal immigrant neighbours get 80 thousand dollars per year and free EVERYTHING! I made 30 thousand working and paying for them...GAWD help us all that have put our entire lives into paying for other people and countries well being, maybe one day Canada will put me first and make sure I can afford to eat in this country

"One Edmonton immigration lawyer" should acknowledge the "real life", "genuine" "harshest stories" that are being experienced by Canadians as a result of the massive numbers of immigrants that have taken up residence here in the past ten years. Housing, jobs, health care... we've watched Canadians go homeless, jobless, and die in line to see a doctor.

I was going through college in southern Ontario about half a decade ago. The faculty was alright but the one that always stuck with me was an elderly Indian man who had a PHd (what he was doing teaching at a community college, I'm not sure). He immigrated from India sometime in the 70's, I think, and sometimes told us stories about how he'd never seen electricity until he was well into adulthood. This was at the early stages of Indian mass immigration to the province, but the international students were already becoming a known problem in the school. They never spoke to anyone else, hung out in big groups together on campus, I swear most of them couldn't even speak English. They constantly cheated on everything and shared answers, I heard like 7 of them got failed for submitting identical lab reports one time. Most people knew they were a problem, but no one was comfortable saying anything. Except the Indian professor. He would publicly call them out for shit in class, berate them, shit talk them openly to other students. I've literally never seen anyone more angry about those Indian students than that Indian professor. It's not hard to see why, he busted his ass to immigrate to Canada, get work and get into a good university. He completed a doctorate, for Christ's sake. He didn't see a street light until he was 25, and worked his way to the bleeding edge of digital science. Now there's a bunch of lazy assholes invited in by the government brazenly trying to cheat their way to a degree in his goddamn class. I'd crash out too.

There’s no housing crisis, only an over immigration crisis disguised as other crises. There are over 500,000 illegal immigrants in Canada and 4.9 million immigrant visas expiring by the end of 2025. Its always always about attracting "doctors and engineers" whereas the overwhelming majority of Immigrants that I encounter here in AB is from low income groups. Besides of that having a degree from outside of Canada might help you to enter the country but has no practical value inside of it. All the engineers that I know here had to re-study in Canada again.

M. Carney's plan is working as intended. We need to keep these expired temporary foreign workers here in Canada, without them, doctors and police officers would be out of work. So keeping them here creates more jobs. I don't care how much it costs, we can always raise taxes. On top of that, Lena Diab has great salad recipes..!

Talking about free education and health care, I've heard it's a disaster. Free schools are not as good as private and health care... you don't get to see the doctor physically for a long time

Don't go to your family doctor you will have a long wait go directly in the hospital and wait and they will do all your tests you need done

Retired canadians RNs served canada 25 to 35 yrs and can not get a Doctor. We are not training our own young canadians, look how many doctors trained in canada are foreign. Also the doctors that used to migrate in 70s, 80s 90s often British Scottish, Irish, South Africans with a different work ethic and most were surgeons and anesthesiologists or obstetricians. Great skill sets.

This reminds me of the Nova Scotia and new Brunswick border during covid 19!!! I live in new Brunswicks and to be allowed in Nova Scotia for end of life visit l had apply for a expetion to avoid a month quarantine to dr Robert strange personality and he denied!!!! So who cares what President Donald Trump says let's arrest dr Robert strange!!!!!! Nova Scotia tooooppppppppppppppppp doctor!!!!!
