The most common one is the opportunity to have a degree from a well known school for family braging rights and take over family bussiness. Which bring us back to, studying aboard is strictly for wealthy families no matter where u live . Imagine a candian going to london or europe we would pay just as much plus conversion rate. So for indians like him self, studying aboard paying 8 k cad per course shojdl be impossible. Only a super wealthy family can afford that in india or canada .

It's worse than this video shows. I don't live in Brampton and my town is entirely * after 10 years. Everywhere I go is * people. It doesn't matter what store or business or service I contact it's just * people now. When I went to college everyone was from there. This was a regular local college that Canadian kids aspire to go to. They made up 90% of the classmates, they never showed up to class, they refused to participate in team projects, nobody failed. They did so poorly but the school charges 3x. My final year they cancelled final exams because they decided too many international students would fail. They are from the same country but they have different religions and from different cities that hate each other so they would refuse to communicate with each other. Imagine you meet someone from another province and you hate them and aren't afraid to crashout in public over it. My next door neighbors there is so many people living in the house that they live there on a schedule one group in and one group out. You would think they would be going to work NO they literally hang out all day long like a bad 90s comedy movie. In the last 10 years all of the house in my town skyrocketed in price. The people around me all bought around 2010 - 2015 for $150k - $260k and sold for around $1m 2023 - 2026. Average house price in my town has stayed at 3x what it was 10 - 15 years ago. They don't rake their leaves, they don't clean up their trash, they don't clear their snow from their driveways. Both my parents are immigrants, they came here poor had to work, had to respect the country and its laws and culture because that's what allowed Canada to be successful so they could come here. All I hear about or see now is immigrants from the one country? When I was a kid I grew up with every nationality where did everybody go?

Thank God Canada is full of indian people, can you imagine if they all were from any "Peacefull religion" african country. 98% of them are law abiding simple people and same goes for chinese too. BUT I fully agree that Turdeau govt should not have opened the gates for everyone after Covid, Student Visa/legal immigration is a different issue.

Can't imagine growing up some where and once day wake up and it turning into 3rd world country with a twist of western world .Then again most of America turning into one big ghetto now outside of upper/rich class areas .

I don't have any recollection of ever going to a restaurant or hotel/motel and the country that im visiting is covering ALL OF MY LIVING COSTS DURING MY ENTIRE STAY. Ive seen muslim women and their children make some makeshift porter-potty curtained up where the deficate, and urinate in a hole dug into the sand ON THE BEACH and when they're ready to leave, they bury up the hole in the (BEACH SAND) sand, remove their tent and walk off the beach leaving behind them (I guess for Canadians to enjoy their presence on our soil) their little disgusting biohazard ☣️ waste in a public place where everyone walks bear foot, and use their bare hands. One thing that always surprises me is that a lot of immigrants actually don't like mass immigration. I worked with a polish lady who complained more than anyone about the amount of polish people. I've met a lot of Turkish people and a few of them weren't best pleased with the amount of turkish people, and in this video an Indian man says there's too much of it too. Its not an uncommon sentiment among immigrants that they specifically came here for a change in culture, only for it to follow them here. Specifically surrounding politics, a lot of them leave because of the politics where they were, only to find its just as much of a problem here because so many bring those problems over with them rather than leaving them behind. Just to clarify though while I think immigration is obviously a big problem in its current state, I'm not at all against the idea of immigration in general. I care more about where people are going than where they're from. Its just very odd when you hear a strong accented polish lady walk passed complaining and swearing about all the polish people. I guess it does make sense though, if i imagine desperately wanting to leave home for Australia, it would obviously be disappointing to arrive after packing up my life savings to find out all of the people and all of the things were exactly the same as back home. Pretty sad when you think about it.

In the 80s when I was in university, sociology professors claimed that the immigration system was racist, because certain people weren't welcome. (Yah, the people who wouldn't fit in because their values and customs were so different) They said Canada only accepts people who benefit the country! Imagine that! How aweful. 😅 In the next breath they said they welcome people who will do low paying unskilled labour jobs Canadians don't want to do.

Indians here on student visas held a hunger strike complaining about human rights and demanding permanent residency…..imagine Canadians did that in India, or anywhere else for that matter

So ironic because I remember the days when my fellow Canadians were mad at the influx of well behaved, tax paying, money spending Chinese immigrants around 10-15 yrs ago. Sure they bought up a lot of real estate and contributed to the raising property values, but many of the Canadians benefited from that selling their property for amounts they never even imagined and they created a small economic boom in the GTHA. I'll bet many of us miss them dearly now we know what true bad immigration looks like 😢
