Unfortunately, this tells us how much the Canadian immigration system is broken.

I do not agree to keep immigrants who are not abiding by the immigration laws. If its expired, you need to go. No excuses. I am ok with enforcing the laws. You know all those immigrants from US are fleeing to Canada now because we don't enforce. Look at our crime rate. Has Canada offered any statistics on Immigrant Crime rates?

Employers choose Indian students over local Canadian students bc they only have to pay them half as much. The other half of their wages are paid by us tax payers through a subsidy program. There's nothing wrong with good honest working people moving to a new country and living and working like the locals. But when you live OFF of the locals tax dollars or cheat the system, it is not going to be healthy for immigrants, Canadians or the economy.

This has been going on for 200 years, the difference is, is its now millions, not thousands. Italians came to US/ Canada in 1900's and kept to themselves just like the Indians. Mennonites, Chinese, Irish, all the same but just in a smaller way. It's balloned over time.

If I remember right canada first house crises was in the 19’s something and back then they started making more houses to resolved this problem………………..,… And I am thinking that getting immigrants from only 1 country might not be good, because of countries, society mentality…………. One Example ; a-lot people in the USA are strong guns advocate, if Canada only get people from the US and because the majority of Americans love their guns, they may advocate to have more guns freedom in Canada and teach their children guns loving mentality. So it is probably best to mix individual from various country to minimize this outcome. ………………. In any case immigration are very important for countries whom don’t make a lot of babies, to survive and stay strong in today’s world where weak countries are getting crushed by strong countries……………… what make countries strong is their population, where government take taxes to pay and buy defensive guns to defend a country without the need to go into dept and sell its soul to powerful countries. I did not go to any university and yet I was able to understand this …

They have studied and are exploiting loopholes, and have been for years, but rest assured, the Liberal government will be putting a minor slowdown on the rampant immigration by 2027. I keep hearing people over fifty voted Liberal. I'm 65 and myself and my many friends voted Conservative. I believe it was rigged. Razor thin margins in favour of the Liberals. Yeah o.k. You should come to Portland OR and Vancouver WA, Seattle area too - compare and contrast these communities to the Russians that moved here in the 90s. Still only one generation, but very assimilated, just with old foods and some customs of the old land. Like Germans, Scandinavians, English, Scottish, Polish, Italians, French immigrants. 2nd gen is already thoroughly Americanized. By 3rd generation, impossible to tell the difference. We do tend to be much more conservative, very Protestant actually in the PNW. Ilya Malinin, a memeber of our US figure skating team, is ethnically Russian. Looks like a Russian, but Russians look very American generally. Many such cases. And then the Mexis, Somalis, Indians... Even the fresh Ukrainians are a little uh... but I think at least the Ukies will adapt quickly

I think it is important to realize that immigration comes in waves. right now we are seeing a huge wave of indian immigrants but eventually it will slow down and many will return home and a new wave will come. I think we often forget we are a country of immigrants. All of us have origins elsewhere, at one point the wave of immigration we came from caused "disruptions". Irish, Italian, Ukrainian ect. endlessly we were have waves of immigration. the best thing to do is learn about each others culture and realize we are all born under the same sun.

Liberal is like Democrats when it comes to immigration, we need trump version to save Canada heritage because the foreign countries are slowly changing the culture, religion, businesses, jobs and etc. They do not need a military forces to take over Canada, it's already been invaded from "WITHIN" and some Canadian are worried about the US invading this country.

As an immigrant like myself, I came to study in Canada. I came to learn Canadian culture which has always been polite, humble, and friendly. Nowadays I am seeing things have changed compare with 22 years ago when I came here. I learned true Canadian cultures from my host family and my Canadian friends. Honestly, there are some immigrants who are coming to Canada who are not trying to learn and even tried to integrate into the culture. You don't come to someone's home and destroy it. You want to make yourself welcomed in Canada. Canada is an amazing country please don't destroy it. I worked hard to stay in Canada and I love this country. I also pay my taxes for some people to get their free stuffs when they entered into Canada, what is going on? Love Canada and let's us united again. ❤❤❤❤❤

Since everyone is an immigrant in immigrant nations, they need to work on immigration and keep up their values as a nation. People exploiting Canada, US or anywhere should be stopped immediately, sorry but immigration should work on that.
