I typically do not agree with a lot of what the conservatives say, and I usually do not like anything that Michelle Rempel Garner says (or the way she says it). However, what she said here, and the way she said it, makes complete sense. Dude could have just walked either way over the border and not spent a dime doing it. The entire canadian border is open and not monitored. In some areas one side of the road is canada and the other side in America.
