I went to Niagara Falls with my family in 2020 and because of Covid not a lot of people where there... It was the *reopening* of Clifton Hill and the Hornblower attraction... As we where going to board the Sky Wheel there was a huge stench of weed in the air.... I have been around weed a lot but nothing compared to this... A big group of Indians where sitting in a circle and passing blunts to each other. It felt like a free for all do what the F*** you like.
