I live in brampton, and it is actually wild. Every single business has been bought and turned indian. Go to Walmart, im.the only white guy. I have nothing against indian. I would feel the same if it was any race , including white people. There should be diversity it should just be equal. They let way to many people into canada way to easy

Even the Indians are like “too many Indians”

I actually worked at Tim Hortons(I'm a white guy), and there were literally so many Indians that they'd order each other around in Hindi. They'd only speak English to me and the customers. I had a shift coordinator in fact who would reflexively give me orders in Hindi, and would get a little ticked off and repeat it in Hindi, and then when it clicked that I'm the only non-Hindi speaker there, he'd give 1 word orders like "Garbage" or "Sinks". The owner of the Tim Hortons also said that if I was a little slow or needed extra training, they wouldn't fire me because they don't like to keep rotating workers around, and instead would rather just retrain them. I was a tad bit slow(only because I was precise and not violating health and safety standards), and they fired me in like 10 seconds. Like my second monthly review, I was fired. I have a feeling it largely had to do with the fact that I was not Indian and didn't speak Hindi, so therefore the shift coordinators had less tolerance for me.

The main reason for bad behaviour in Brampton is the kind of uneducated people from Punjab getting in there using illegal means. I know many people from Punjab who've honge into Canada who cannot speak 3 lines in English properly.

You forgot to talk about the "diploma mills" problem. Many of them are not qualified and must be sent back. Just because a corrupt government lets you in, it doesn't give you the right to take advantage of the people living there.

I have nothing against Indians or Punjabis. Every culture has its good and not so good. The biggest issue is the Indian government warned that Canada is taking in many scammers and criminals with false documents and Canada not only made them welcome but also let them enter politics, police, government positions many with just PR and not even citizenship holders. How can an India citizen with Canadian Residency work as a customs officer or police with no Canadian citizenship?

I feel like this video was presented fairly. We heard the criticisms and we got to see the Indian perspective too. There's many kind people over there, however Canadas Immigration over the last several years is a disaster. They're bringing in a lot of people who are detrimental to our country. In many ways.

It’s very interesting because Indians seem to be more thick skinned than Canadians in general, so even white ppl’s reservations or microaggressions don’t register to them and they just keep expanding on positivity. I’ve met many Indian people in Canada and it almost seems like they’re so positive and community minded that they think it’s small minded to be stingy about sharing space, which can clash with the general reserved nature of Canadians but also make you feel embarrassed in a way about being judgmental. You even see it in this video with the white guy asking judgey questions to Indians but he gets showered with food and hospitality from the Indians. No matter how you fight it you kind of get overpowered by their positivity…

Please god, Im canadian please go back to the old immigration system where we took in actual doctors and engineers. there's also so many i cant get housing at university's because they are the number 1 priority apparently. Also Canada will pay you if you hire or have a student that is indian.

Canada, Us, Aus, Nz they were at a time white colonies. But they aren't any more. That's not changing. Trying to reverse engineer multiculturalism is going to be brutal. Which is what many people are advocating. One has to wonder about white european migrants who become outraged when non white customs and culture begin to be visible. Its like they are offended by the results of what they themselves created. I get it , the mind frame of now we have developed these countries and technology has improved, now let's dial this down. This is racism making a come back. And I think most of these places began in a purely racist fashion and will try to maintain themselves in a similar way. So long as there is predatory population around. These folks want to benefit of migrants and their labour but then get offended by their presence. I have heard of gulf Arab racism and maybe that's the track these countries are willing to adopt. Who knows but the future appears to be grim unless a way forward of co existing is carved out.

The Canadian government is also at fault! Look at our CBSA… 90% of them are born outside Canada and if they get security clearance in their own country then they are fine to come and work in Canada without Canada looking into it. Many of them can barely speak any English at all. Or French. Our government and the government policies in Canada are a joke.

If they didn’t want Indians to be in their country, then probably the British, French and Portuguese shouldn’t have forced their way into India. The short version is - Sikh Regiment, business in the 19th and 20th century. For a longer version why the migration exploded in the late 20th and 21st century, the seeds were sown back in the early 20th century - Brits favouring a handful of Khalistanis to weaken Indian National movement before Indian Independence (read Sanjiv Sanyal’s book - “Revolutionaries”) and keep the Jewel (India) in the crown. Post the assassination of Indian PM Indira Gandhi by the Khalistani Terrorists (concentrated in Punjab) in 1984 and the Indian government crackdown on them - many found refuge in Canada aided by Pakistan’s Intelligence Service Agency and off course the USA and Canada 🫡🫡🫡 Indian government repeatedly pleaded the West to hand over the terrorists but surprise surprise, the West wants to use these elements to keep India in check and support its ally Pakistan. Fast forward, Khalistani sympathisers (Khalistan was a violent separatist movement in Punjab)find their refuge in Canada. Their relatives move in shortly and encourage others from Punjab to do so. Why ?? To build the base for Khalistan movement in Canada against India (all this being supported by the West while India cries its lungs out) 😢😢😢. Canada becomes a mini Punjab for the Khalistani terrorists/sympathisers. The Punjabi culture takes root courtesy of the Khalistanis - brings in more migration. Fast forward to today, the movement is now a tsunami with people from Punjab moving in large numbers. Why ? Because of the Khalistan movement, Punjab got destroyed economically (it was the richest state in India) as a result people are forced to move out. And the best place is their second Punjabi 🫣🫣 ie. Khalistani homeland Canada.

Indians help only Indians. I spoke with a professor from an American university in the Midwest, and he stated that the faculty is complaining about too many Indians at the university, including faculty from India.

It is important to stop the narrative of hatred toward Black people, especially the labeling of them as “low IQ.” Many immigrants from Africa are hardworking and striving to assimilate, yet they continue to face unfair stereotypes. In fact, many Black immigrants are professors, post-doctoral researchers, doctors, engineers, and other professionals. Those who do not hold advanced degrees are still performing essential labor that sustains the economy. Ignoring these contributions suggests that the concern is not genuinely about protecting Canada from immigration or cultural change, but rather reflects a deeper, selective hostility toward Black people. Honest reflection and research would make this clear.

Dude's just spreading hate. Indian community might lack some manners, but are the most reliable group of people who are welcoming to many. You dont see them doing drugs on streets, you dont see them murdering for money. They are 99.99% peaceful beings who earn money and get lost before you know it

Considering many needy Canadians do not qualify for social assistance and have no access to interest free loans to get back on their feet if they are, say, homeless or in financial trouble, this just stinks. While the video tries to downplay elements, the bottom line is that illegal refugees are a massive drain on social support services that many needy Canadians are not getting who also need it. This is an utter joke.

The problem is not the immigrants. The problem is with Canadian leaders, and the Canadians who elected and reelected them to office. I lived in Nova Scotia for just over 2 decades. I attempted to have many discussions about these issues and was shocked by the generally vapid responses I'd get. Much more to say, but the main point is that Canadians have destroyed their own country's quality of life and from what I can see, Canada is not worthy of respect as a nation. I take ZERO pleasure in saying this. However, the country should have provided the United States with a up close example of what a well run social democratic nation looks like. Instead, Canada is a joke to the far right and in fact fuels the far right in the US. Now with the global south amassing on the US's northern border (visit Halifax, NS if you have any questions about this), I view Canada as a threat to the USA - which is a nation with more than enough problems. A note to immigrants reading this: I respect many of you individually, and I do not in the least mind having you in my community. You as an individual are not the problem per se. The problem is that policy makers are simply using migrants to increase Canada's population to 100M by end of century.
