Indian Foreign minister Jaishankar himself told that the Canadian govt is not vetting the ppl being given the visas. All 5hitty ppl with crimial background are being handed over visas as if it free-for-all thing. This has to change. There should be serious filtering done before giving visas. Anyone with even a simple criminal offence in India should be BANNED forever from entering. No excuses. The quality of ppl coming has gone down like crazy. Bad ppl are there everywhere, but seems like the LIberal a-h0les in Ottawa intentionally want to get criminals here in order to create chaos and break the soceity and turn ppl against each other. This is Intentionally done, so that its easy for the to rule and win in Elections.

Many come with fake study visa, then go to downtown Toronto and do uber eats on their moped/ebikes. They drive extremely recklessly, often without lights at night or stopping in the middle of the bike lanes glued to their phone. Its absolutely ridiculous the amount of close calls i have had with them, going down the wrong way, running stop signs and red lights.

The minister was probably chosen specifically because she was inept and wouldn't know what was going on in her department; that reduces the likelihood that anyone would be turned away a while longer. As Lorrie said - just like my Political Science professor pointed out almost 50 years ago - immigrants largely vote for whoever was in power when they arrived in the country. A very large percentage of the people that they bring into the country under a Liberal government are likely to vote Liberal. That's a (practically) guaranteed stream of new Liberal voters to replace the old Liberal voters who have become disillusioned by the Liberal Party's actions. It has to stop. We need to vet EVERYONE who comes in and we shouldn't be giving them gold-plated health care until we've granted them refugee status or permanent residency and they should be told that up front so no one is shocked or feels cheated. If they know that and still come, they'll know what they're facing. If they choose not to come, they've made an informed decision.

I have indo-guyanese parents aka my ancestors were brought to Guyana by the English to work the cane feilds basically to replace the slaves anyways my parents moved from Guyana to the usa. Yup, completely fed up with these immigrants getting huge $$$ for nothing and 8 out of the 10 top countries that migrate to Canada 🇨🇦 are from India or strictly Muslim countries, why? I think very less people have problems with other people who come legally and work legally. The problem mainly lies with the illegal and zero accountability towards that. Illegal immigration destroys culture and the country itself. I myself came to USA thinking I will be learning about american culture and maybe start adopting as well but all I saw was brown people because I was in tech which is widely dominated by brown people and it was very sad honestly.

UK has the same problem with Indians and student visas. India, Nigeria, and Pakistan commit the most student visa frauds or non compliance in the UK. It was in the papers a couple of years ago. Indians cause too many problems and countries need to be like the US and expel them or make it harder for them to come in. I can say in London, London Metropolitan University and University of East London have way too many Indians and Pakistanis who barely speak English and from what I heard, some take their visas and run off into the sunset. Luckily at my university, in my program, only 1 or 2 Indians.
