same like my country singapore, greatest country in the world too like many others, except nearly half or 43% of the people here are literally immigrants/foreign born in the last 15 years....and we arent talking about half the population in just one town or city, the entire country is half foreign. they did not jump the border of course, but like so many of these "liberal" western wannabe countries, the government sseem to have an irresistable urge to let any tom d and harry into the country whose even remotely interested. not sure why everybody keeps praising this place.....its weird and bizzare dont u think going to another country and seeing and knowing half the people there are foreign like u.....like who goes to visit another country wanting to see foreigners? i dont go to japan or australia hoping to see nothing but foreigners.

As a someone who has lived in Brampton for over 20yrs I can say this video was pretty accurate. It was weird seeing places I past daily. Something that people don’t talk about when we speak about immigration are the temporary work agencies. They prey on Indian immigrants just as much as some of the colleges do. It’s sad really.

There’s also a lot of gun violence in Brampton and home invasions. That place is the biggest joke in Ontario. Sad to see this happen

Please make a video on the Foreign Medical Program and how it’s being abused in places like the Dominican Republic and Thailand, Panama, Colombia etc. I have information on this. They are taking advantage of American veterans and using them as cannon fodder for the processing of fraudulent and overbilled claims and others forms of medical fraud. This drains VA resources and hurts the general veteran community.

They are not looking for a better life, they are looking for a place to live as Indian is full and over crowded. They also don't want to adopt the culture of the new country but bring their onw and live seperately from the natives. That is the case in every country they go to not only in Canada..

In my country our most popular last name went from Smith/Brown for decades to Singh about 5 years ago. Can't go very many places where majority of staff are Indian especially if it comes to driving jobs and the driving ability has declined ten fold!

I’m the son of Indian immigrants who came into Melbourne, Australia 34 years ago, my mom came with her family of 8 and my father came here by himself. The exact same thing is happening over here. We have suburbs in our eastern side which have turned into pockets of Punjab and Haryana. We have been in the restaurant industry for 30 years now, these students are taking our cash in what is a ‘cashless economy’. We’ve had one particular instance where a former employee faked her marriage certificates in order to get her permanent residency, now she’s in trouble with the authorities and may face some years in jail. The problem is they like taking ‘shortcuts’ and then they get stuck and expect us as employers to save them. The systems put into place have been exhausted to the point where is it useless.

First give them hopes to come to foreign place and work on low income... Then once you take make of them local start to call it invasion but their government is the one should be blamed...

Every one of you in Canada is an immigrant or descendant of an immigrant, so please don’t do to each other what they did to your grandfathers and grandmothers! Put yourself in the place of the person who just arrived and feel how much they are suffering to start a new life, find a new place, find furniture, change career and look for a new job, get the cultural shock and cold weather shock and learn how to survive the cold winter and learn a new language, and make new contacts, new friends and new families maybe… too much to handle while you are not giving a fuck about all his struggles but pushing him to change his culture automatically like if it’s magic and at the same time he is not aware why on earth is everyone against his religion or accent or way of thinking and your rejections towards them by showing clearly your attack towards them here online without shame! Those people who are escaping from wars or genocides or poverty to find a better opportunity to be able to feed their families abroad, you have no consideration for what brought them here or what they had endured and you want to let them endure more above their struggle to survive all the inconvenience in a capitalist frozen country! Please try to be nice to each other and teach one another how to live respecting one another boundaries and culture! a country with many nationalities is multicultural and multiculturalisme can’t exist with racism and discrimination. I know everyone says "why dont you move back to India, instead of making this place like India?" Truth is, people want to replicate their home countries and cultures, MINUS the things that made them leave. Political corruption, poor living conditions and struggling economy. Its like a revised version. Considering they dont make huge political changes, I dont see a problem with that tbh

If the majority of the people from India stay in gta and work service related jobs in their community we need to ask ourselves as Canadians what benefit they bring to Canada as a whole and if we need this kind of immigration in the first place. If they never came here, Brampton would have still been a small town and Canadian economy would not change for the worst because of it.

I live in Brampton born and raised. Indians are generally nice people but this new generation of immigrants that came around covid time were different. Working at places like Walmart now feels like a job not meant for us Canadians. Entire work place blasting Punjabi music and speaking in another language. Imagine feeling foreign in your own country while trying to work.

I don't think Indians are particularly averse to work. They do however seem to have a different quality standard than what we're used to here in the West. There is also a more "creative" approach to societal rules that is not always compatible with Western values. I think Canadians are happy to welcome people from around the world. We just want them to adhere to the standards and traditions that made Canada they place they are trying hard to migrate TO. We have just had too many people in too short a time that it has destroyed the once solid Canadian culture.

Journalism is very important for sure, but empathy is even more important. People from 1st world countries will never understand how is it to live on a place that was colonized by the 1st world countries, can only guess about it. I have nothing against immigrants and immigration but we need to respect each other’s religion and culture and we should not impose our views on others. I believe in practicing your religion and act upon your values, as long as you are not bothering others, while doing so. The government has really messed up beautiful Canada, within this past decade. For any non Canadians, if you live anywhere near here, your insurance rates sky rocket to unaffordable amounts. Truly one of the worst places to be in or around.

As someone who is born in Canada as an Indian. This is absolutely sad to here. I want the best for Canadians who are born and raised here. I have 10 years of experience working in the nation I was raised and I am having some people have my job who aren't even fit for the job. It makes no sense to me. Our wages have stalled due to international students for a better life, but at the end I want money just like other Canadians who have been here for ages. Also we need to end why our government allows lucrative hiring contracts overseas for cheaper positions in certain degrees and diplomas. In addition, why are all of our call centers placed all over the world. From Africa, south east Asia, South Asia. Those jobs can be available here. We can have a decomcratic country if our country didn't care about just "growth" we didn't need more immigration. We needed systematic change in government, schools, common sense, I could go on. I think us as Canadians don't know how corrupt the world really is. Look at other countries and how they work. It's lucrative essentives to benefit only certain people. I would rather have our tax payer money be used to fix the system. My dad's been here since the 1980s and he is sad for everyone. This is a loss on both ends. We didn't create new universities, new highways to support the population, no hospitals, new schools. I remember when my class sizes were 18 to 20 kids. We need change, not radical because we were never that. Let's do what we do best and be Canadians for us first.

This is not immigration problem,this is dictatorship problem ,arrest job problem,those people do not PHD degree,they work at the top level,educated people work as cleaner ,Canada should focus on the merit base program,to remove illiterate people,Canada is place of educated people especially into government institutions which be police department,which be army department,which be intelligent department,parliament members should focus on merit base and democracy.
