If a 3000 sq ft home has 3 generations living then that would easily be anywhere from 5-12 people depending on the number of children or sibling the earning member(s) have. The only problem is when these homes are converted to rooming units. Otherwise it is perfectly legal for extended families to live under one roof as first immigrants to gain foothold and then move on!!
