Here on the west coast its the same shit. These Indian guys in construction piss in water bottles and leave it in units, shit in bathtubs and none of them wear deodorant. Its fckin FOUL. My friend works for Commercial Vehicle Safety Enforcement and says they are the biggest offenders on the road by far!! Majority of them are really nice people but when the government allows tens of thousands to flood the place the numbers of scumbags go up.
