I am from Edmonton and we have a high rate of people from India, the only thing that bothers me is if an immigrant comes here learn how to be Canadian. Which is helping the elderly, giving your seat up on a bus, not taking proper drivers training. They have been taking a lot of trucker jobs and there is barely one Tim Hortons in Canada that will hire a white person.

First of all, Tyler is a hardworking journalist and I respect that, however a lot of this video was wildly ignorant, from almost everyone involved, including from him. This is cheap views unfortunately. It paints a very bad perspective for all the genuinely hardworking citizens and residents of Indian origins, why not show that side of them too? There’s obviously actual students who come to study and provide for the community while also maintaining their own culture? What’s wrong with that? a few years back Brampton had a mayoral election and one of the people running was this guy John Sprovieri and he received and email complaining that a white man should not even be running because white people no longer have any business planning Bramptons future. He replied saying that people of all backgrounds want to come because of what white people built" he was sanctioned by the government for that comment and he was touted as a racist from then on. No comment was made about the indian woman who said white people shouldn't be allowed in the government in a Canadian city anymore. Last time I was in Brampton I was told to go back to my own country because I asked a group of indians who were playing indian music from concert volume speakers in a residential area at 1 am to turn it off. I love Punjabi people, they are high class and they surprise me when they tell me they were farmers before coming to canada because I don't get that rugged vibe from them. That guy at 2:50 was purhaps the most honest 'white' guy you will meet. The fact is Indians didn't take over, the upper class just decided to move north to Bolton or more west to the Halton area. Over time enough Indians replaced them to basically take over important roles like police officers and political positions. Eventually just like East Asians have Markham and parts of Scarborough, the south Asians had a high enough population for Brampton to be considered their home turf. Eventually though it was the student visas that drove Canadians crazy. Millions of students in record time and I believe there was an additional 4 million who came on temporary work visas during covid, eventually Canadians got annoyed. Personally I don't see any problem with it as long as we keep building apartments and homes for the new immigrants to rent and live it doesn't bother me. I would like to see three times more immigration especially from Europe as this country is super underpopulated and we need people to open factories and build companies that will strengthen Canada as a whole and employ our own not just send money back to their countries. So its not an invasion we just need come to a place of understanding and learn to work together. They say racism is taught. And within young kids you can see and hear very clearly it totally can be as it’s heavily based on perspective. As someone with autism I genuinely just see people for who they are and what they provide ignoring race or politics and I’ve never been racist. With all of that said I almost feel as a white Canadian now a days what “first generation racism” feels like. But it’s not like traditional “racism” hating for the sake of hating. It’s more so getting mad that they come into our country refusing to adapt and then also take countless amounts of jobs while sky rocketing housing prices. Like damn when I was a kid I felt like I had so many options. But now there’s no seeable future for me it feels like. Um so tired of going to a store all immigrants working. Make a phone call it's answered by an immigrant. You can't understand them . I love on ccpd I don't get old age pension yet. I'm too old to get the child tax credit and I'm on a Canada pension disability. I get 713.00 a min to live on. Period. That's it. 😢😢😢 I struggle every day. I live in a seniors housing complex..so my rent is adjusted to fit my income. Thank God for housing I'd be homeless if it wasn't for them. 😢😢 But the immigrants have money. Have jobs. Drive new cars. Get free rent for a year. I waited 9.5 hours at the emergency😢😢 not the Indians they have Indian drs that work there for them. How in the hell is this ok. I ended up leaving the emergency I couldn't wait any longer. I sat there in pain all that time and two Indian families came in during that time and within 20 min at the most they were in and out. They even have an advertisement in the emergency room in their language with all the Indian drs working there. Wtf is going on. I'm tired of seeing these people. They are opening businesses here. Everything you see now is written in English, French and Indian. They call it our third language now. There are building going up that have only immigrants in them. A d I live in a small town but the city. Come on. They stopped saying the Lord's prayer in schools. They can't say Merry Christmas. Christmas concerts are called Holliday concerts now. I'll lay it out for you: Me: typical middle of the road liberal oriented Canadian. Non white, immigrant (I wasnt born here) I worked in a Refugee housing for over 4 years in Ontario. Most were not war areas refugees (Yes I know there are other types of refugees). I only encountered few refugees from war areas. ONLY 1 person from Iraq, about 2 families were from Afghanistan, 1 couple from Pakistan(I doubt they were real refugees they spoke fluent English, maybe political refugee), and a most from African countries. Its too far for real refugees to get here. Its Easier for them to go to other countries nearby or Europe. MOST SEEM TO BE ECONOMIC REFUGEES. Most were coming from Africa. Some are coming from Latin America, which shouldn't be happening. Once they showed up at our doorstep and we processed them into the system, they were immediately in the same class as a Canadian resident homeless person if they were making a refugee claim. We get money to house and feed them (from the government), and they are given a stipend for basics from the government processed through the Social Assistance/ Welfare system (they get less than a resident/citizen I think.). They then have to get their case processed by the refugee board, and most seem to get in. I've only heard of few getting sent back. One person I know at our facility, was given a subsided social housing apartment after a year in our facility. So they went straight from a shelter to a government/city owned subsidized apartment. (Didn't seem like it was a issue for the housing worker...they didn't report it (if they were not the ones that helped the person to get it), they were white, the housed person was Latin. This refugee claimant, and then month or two new Canadian resident person was given an apartment in a prime area of the city, instead of the 1000's of Canadians, those who came before them, and born Canadian citizens on an extremely long waiting list. How this was allowed to happen I don't know. The person was probably sucking on someone's straw. I'm just trying to think the barriers these people have to go through to get a job here. We are far removed from the time of the 80's and 90's., and housing and jobs are so hard to get. A man of Portugese origin (who were not even considered as White as the WASPS and Northern-Central Europeans till 9.11) is calling white Canadians "native". I ask these questions, could we, as Canadians, go to India or China or any other country to live and act the way these people do, say the things that they say and get away with it. Do you think I, as a white Canadian, could go to India (for example)and demand they change their traditions and religions because it doesn't suit me? Everybody knows the answer is no. A good friend of mine lives in Northeast Calgary and I drove to her house right before Nick Shirley exposed all of the fraud in Minnesota. I'm only bringing that up so you understand where I'm coming from when I say this. I wasn't influenced by him finding these fraudulent daycares because this was prior to that. When I went to her house I had to Google maps it. Everybody in Calgary knows the Northeast is all Indian. As a matter of fact I counted how many people I saw that weren't Indian when I was there cuz I thought it was funny. I saw two white people and one Asian in the whole quarter of the city. When I got to her house I said to her why do you have so many businesses around your house it doesn't even make sense and then I showed her the Google maps and there had to be seven or eight daycares a trucking company and a bricklaying company and a drywall company. All of these businesses that don't have signs because I went and looked. These people are doing the same fraud here. This is what's killing our country. Our money is worthless because of them and they are taking all of the homes so homes are unaffordable for Canadians. On top of that they get into management and jobs and only hire their people and don't hire Canadians. We are under attack. It doesn't have to be somebody storming our beaches to attack us. Our country is under attack and we're in denial.
