How can Canadians be suffering so much and vote the people who did it to them right back in office? There is a disconnect between government policy and quality of life in the minds of Canadians. Also, it appears anti-Americanism and Trump hatred is more important than their quality of life.

I think what many of us are aiming for is a cleaning up of liberal policies... And stop immigration from ALL PLACES. Allow Canada to re-coop, reestablish and redevelop what it always was.

Canadian here. I'm tired of this, and reasoning with my older family is difficult. They either deny it or deflect to Trump.

Why does the govt never never never ever do anything that the majority of Canadians want? We want, the economy, immigration, crime.pipelines, natural resources harvesting, trade with US and on and on. They never do any of these. Trump's State of the Union address where he said that the primary role of government is to take care of their citizens. This basic role of government needs to be stated/retiterated in the HoC. It has become the opposite here. Canadian citizens are being taken for granted by the liberals. Their priority are non citizens.
