I'm done being quiet too. Im not racist, I dont hate people because their skin color isnt white like mine, Im happy to have immigrants here if they are willing to integrate like the previous generations have. We arent having kids because unlike other countries, we want to put kids first, and its irresponsible to have children when our economy is unaffordable to have them. I dont have any of that so called "white privilege" i always hear about. I grew up where I couldnt shower for days at a time, went to bed and school hungry. I'm exhausted from being labeled a terrible person when I condemn racists and the past actions, but its never good enough because im white. We have culture, Canada has culture. You just dont hear us talk about it cuz we get labeled racist for talking about it. We need to stand shoulder to shoulder if we want change in this country. I dont get why here its acceptable to come illegally, leech our resources without contributing to society and disrespect us, yet if we were to do the same its disrespectful. Well it is disrspectful. I wouldnt move to a country without learning the language, at least enough to get by, learning their culture, their values, their way of life, and ASSIMILATE like everyone has done before. AS AN INDIAN THANKS FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO . I AS A INDAIN REQUEST you my brother Canadian's to stop the illegal smuggling thing. India is not actually filled with these kind of people. there are poor and rich here both suffer with this country. but the rich understand and are are very well educated to understand the locals and support their country. but idk what's wrong with Canada that they leave the north Indian's ( basically 90% people of this part of region are not very friendly and are very badly educated about things only the top 10% of this region really understand things and even they suffer with this and the allegations some of them for just being the same religion ) and because of them the other people of India who were going to America/Canada for better meant of the country they go to , get with this and get rejected. its just my opinion and the things I have seen going around me.

I agree with over percent with what the white women said at th e beginning.. The part that she actually does have to hear and accept is the truth..Her ancestors were and are colonizers, those are basic truths.. But the Government must turn the taps down on immigration right away, it is totally out of control.. Things are at the point where no one Zero more immigrants from India and Pakistan should be allowed to enter the country, for at least the next few years , until the government can get a true handle on things.. I really don't think the government officials have any idea of the pace at which Canada is rapidly changing.. It is mind boggling the rapid changes and that's from every single nook and cranny of this once beautiful country you will see new immigrants.. There are places i went to as a child with my folks, where you would never have seen nothing but white people, maybe a few native people, a couple of black and oriental folks and that was it.. Now there are car loads of east Indians running around some actually living in those communities.. I am not a racist person, but that's my own observation on the ground.. I think every single Canadian in this country would have the exact reaction..

Dude's just spreading hate. Indian community might lack some manners, but are the most reliable group of people who are welcoming to many. You dont see them doing drugs on streets, you dont see them murdering for money. They are 99.99% peaceful beings who earn money and get lost before you know it

You know what too...If Canadians was too go to India I wouldn't be able to bring my Canadian/Caribbean Culture there..I look at it like this his your moving to another Country I'm gonna adapt to The Culture and Lifestyle..Im not gonna bring my Old Ways that I wanted to leave to a New Country and Life...I feel like its not Canadians being Racist it's that they came here and The Government and Businesses are Catering to them From Adding Specific Food Items to cater to them most Jobs are by passing others to hire them...And on top of that Canadians are dealing with Food Cost being High still and Working a Job and still not making else to live a decent Life...Seems like most people are Working to Survive and Pay Bill and don't even have enough to atlest go out and have a peace of mind and have a Social Life...There brought in all these Immigrants to The Country while The Country was basically under a Recession...And this Problem is not getting Fixed now and it seems like it's getting worst..To the point I feel like a Civil War could even break out I this don't get Fixed somehow and someway... Please don't say indian I feel ashamed, the so called invaders are from punjab which is the north part of india who speaks Hindi. We are from south most tip of india :kerala we don't invade any country we blend with other country's culture. And we speak "malayalam" as our language. India does consist of 28 completely different states and 22 plus different languages. Everyone is different in their culture and language spoken and the food itself. And I am also sad I came to canada from kerala to get a foreign exposure but sadly I saw more punjabis, gujaratis and many hindi language speaking north indians more than canadians😢. We keralites get the racism not from canadians but from these so called Punjabis and gujaratis the hindi speaking people. Its awful

My grandparents immigrated here from Jamaica and certain groups have made the word immigration annoying and obnoxious now. It’s not even immigration at this point it’s just a full take over and a blatant disrespect for our country. Don’t follow the rules, aren’t compliant , protesting that Canadians don’t respect them and that they should stay there even if the visa is up, demanding money, buying all businesses and blatantly not hiring Canadians because they aren’t of a certain race. It’s extremely disrespectful and we need to start sticking up for the people of this country and have tighter rules and regulations to get in. Disappointed in our country…we’ve failed. What happened to the old school immigrants that would come in work hard build wealth and have pride in moving to Canada. It’s really the younger generation of immigrants that are entitled and stupid. And this is coming from a young person. Some of the immigrants (if you know you know) aren’t even that good at their job, they careless do it half ass and expect tips and that certain details will go unnoticed because they didn’t earn the job they just showed up and were handed the job.

Our government did this to us, specifically the liberal party with their rampant hubris and corruption. As someone who just turned 20, and watched my country get ruined by these people- I’ll not vote for for that party for MANY years until they start partaking in accountability and stop selling the birthright of our younger generation from right under us.

Okay so here's the thing I live in Canada and Canadians DO NOT want to work they are getting lazier. Indians and immigrants are keeping our economy functioning. Without them there would be no staff for Walmart and all the min wage jobs. They do need to stop letting them in now tho and use those resources to help the housing crisis.. which is more of a people not wanting to get sober or work hard enough to pay rent crisis. 😂

I can understand the immigration problem in your country. The problem I have is where people would use immigration as a cover for being racist. If you want to assimilate immigrants in your country, it would take a while. They will need time and patience. Likely their children will be more assimilated if they were young or born there. A lot of immigrants who are white in your country and your history likely took time for them to assimilate. But their children were likely already assimilated. Also, don’t blame the immigrants for the actions of your government. And yes, your country is changing and it happens all the time when you are nation founded by immigrants. For some of you who think the system isn’t working I get that. But for those who find it a problem when they are not white, just say it.

The same old nonsense has been looping for decades. The province gets overcrowded, locals protest that there are too many people. The government ends some immigration programs, and two or three years later, locals protest the fragile economy and lack of workers, an increasingly older population, and overcrowded nursing homes. 😅

The problem is that we keep recieving people who are immigrating as "students" from fake schools and they are uneducated unskilled and when they get the managerial positions, they only hire thier own.

Shelters are too full because our cost of living has gone up and Canadians (as i am one) are struggling to make a living. Thats why you see people in tents because the shelters are WAY too full (and im also speaking from experience I was previously homeless in Toronto/Brampton and now am a Community Service Worker dealing with people in Shelters and Addictions).

I am a born and raised Canadian. I have 3 boys that are 30, 25, 21, my 30 yr old recently went blind and is dealing with that in another province. My other 2 live at home with me, because none of us can afford to live on our own as we rent, and they can't find work anywhere. The government needs to fix the problems they have before bringing in new people. If your own people can't survive, why the hell are you bringing in more people. Up goes the crime rate, up goes homelessness. The worst part is most homeless people are born and bred Canadians, while the immigrants get jobs and housing pretty much handed to them. I don't think the prime minister should have been able to make the decision to bring more and more immigrants here with out asking the people.

Videos like these would be nicer if you did research/fact-checked people's statements. I know the purpose is to get the POV of the general populace, but it sucks hearing at the end of the video "Well, idk why" when you could improve the quality of the video by supporting or rejecting claims people make. Also, asking more balanced questions instead of biased ones is another way you can improve. For example, no difficult questions or claims against the anti-immigration Canadians were given - they were basically just asked "why do you think this?" On the other hand, the pro-immigration migrants were given questions regarding claims made by the anti-immigrant Canadians - which again was never fact checked by your team. It's difficult and feels like a waste of time when we're just hearing testimony - as important as each individual's story is - but without any critical thinking or research applied.

All big department stores in London , Ont are now staffed by more than 90 percent with only Indians , where are the previous employees ?? are they laid off , it all happened in just few years , unbelievable !! why no inquiry about replacing all other hard working Canadians and legal immigrants by new arrivals from only one country ,India and who are those workers , most of them are students , many came with fake documents and many many of them have absolutely no intention to finish their education in Canada but to use these loopholes to get into Canada and never leave , India is one of the most corrupt countries in the world ( look at the origin of most of the scam calls ! ), you can get a PHD degree there with money, ( the most scary part is hiring nurses or doctors with maybe fake degrees ) now corruption and loopholes in our immigration system allowed this influx of cheaters while hundred of thousands of Canadians cant find jobs and honest people from everywhere who try to immigrate through the front door face all the difficulties, this is not racism, it is the truth ...

First learn the difference between Indian and khalstanis. Most of these people are khalistan supporters about which India warned Canada since decades. Indian people do not get involved in criminal activities. They worked hard, pay their college fees, pay their taxes & contribute in economy unlike khalstanis.

At the end, why are you asking "why?" You have super delicious food, you have a growing economy feeding the national GDP, you have super nice people. Also, if immigrants don't "integrate" then you get to enjoy a diversity of culture instead of it being white washed down to hamburgers and soggy, bland fries. Seriously, I don't understand any of the xenophobia in the comments- or the video here! Some of y'all sound like the MAGA that we have such a problem with here in the USA.

I love Punjabi people, they are high class and they surprise me when they tell me they were farmers before coming to canada because I don't get that rugged vibe from them. That guy at 2:50 was purhaps the most honest 'white' guy you will meet. The fact is Indians didn't take over, the upper class just decided to move north to Bolton or more west to the Halton area. Over time enough Indians replaced them to basically take over important roles like police officers and political positions. Eventually just like East Asians have Markham and parts of Scarborough, the south Asians had a high enough population for Brampton to be considered their home turf. Eventually though it was the student visas that drove Canadians crazy. Millions of students in record time and I believe there was an additional 4 million who came on temporary work visas during covid, eventually Canadians got annoyed. Personally I don't see any problem with it as long as we keep building apartments and homes for the new immigrants to rent and live it doesn't bother me. I would like to see three times more immigration especially from Europe as this country is super underpopulated and we need people to open factories and build companies that will strengthen Canada as a whole and employ our own not just send money back to their countries. So its not an invasion we just need come to a place of understanding and learn to work together. I will finish with the one negative; there truly is a massive lack of assimilation and this may prove to be more of a problem than we realize but I won't go into it. They say racism is taught. And within young kids you can see and hear very clearly it totally can be as it’s heavily based on perspective. As someone with autism I genuinely just see people for who they are and what they provide ignoring race or politics and I’ve never been racist. With all of that said I almost feel as a white Canadian now a days what “first generation racism” feels like. But it’s not like traditional “racism” hating for the sake of hating. It’s more so getting mad that they come into our country refusing to adapt and then also take countless amounts of jobs while sky rocketing housing prices. Like damn when I was a kid I felt like I had so many options. But now there’s no seeable future for me it feels like. Immigrants are taking so many jobs and countless people faking disabilities so I cannot have mine taken seriously or properly. Like holy crap man call me “racist” but mass immigration has undeniably changed Canada for the worst and if you don’t agree you’re probably one of the problems that moved here
