As an immigrant like myself, I came to study in Canada. I came to learn Canadian culture which has always been polite, humble, and friendly. Nowadays I am seeing things have changed compare with 22 years ago when I came here. I learned true Canadian cultures from my host family and my Canadian friends. Honestly, there are some immigrants who are coming to Canada who are not trying to learn and even tried to integrate into the culture. You don't come to someone's home and destroy it. You want to make yourself welcomed in Canada. Canada is an amazing country please don't destroy it. I worked hard to stay in Canada and I love this country. I also pay my taxes for some people to get their free stuffs when they entered into Canada, what is going on? Love Canada and let's us united again. ❤❤❤❤❤

As a city worker, I personally saw signs on grass and intersections in colleges and universities to contact them to circumvent the immigration system. And Allow students to stay when they should have been sent home. Our government is so complacent.This was out in plain sight.

I read a story about a guy a few years ago who came from India on a student Visa and planned on staying and therefore wanted to change the Canadian flag. He said he was appalled and felt as a migrant it was offensive because Canada and by extension its flag was part of the Commonwealth and Britain's imperialist history with India made the Canadian flag offensive. 😳 I probably don't have to tell you what kind of comments he got.

Well Canada needs something ICE. I made sure to arrive here with PR, I had the requirement etc. I didnt use fake student visa and then expect to stay. These people do not add anything to society if they are not honest members of it.

There are alot of churches in Canada that have a food bank as well. I got frustrated at your narrative on this vid. It seemed very one sided. Is all about money and power. And what is going on behind closed govt doors. How do you live in a broken system. We all need to stand as one and say and do no more. But you only know what you know till you learn more. May I say as a Metis. My family were and are the first people to be described as Canadian and are still acknowledged as the original Canadians. My great Uncles and Aunts fought the British North West Mounted Police at Batoche because the British Colonizers after outlawing fur trade except through the HBC company were further insulted by having their ancestral land sectioned off and given to immigrants. My uncles also were part of the first battle at Seven Oaks when surveyors were surveying and measuring my ancestral cousins land. The British Immigrants were described as the preferred immigrants. TheNorth American Indians, the Metis were described as undesirables and in a memo written to the Indian Affairs Minister during John A MacDonald asking him how best to remove the undesirables Metis from their land. The Metis were not placed on reservations because we never stopped fighting for our homeland rights. What is happening now is a continuation of what happened back when John A MacDonald was Prime Minister. May I also say if these migrates think their customs and regions are so great then stay in your homeland. But unlike the brave Metis who continues to oppose the government and finally 100 years later some our birthrights as the original Canadians have been recognized. My great grandfather and his father were both named Antoine and Charles Henault dit Canada, and to this day from the 1700s some of my cousin’s last name has been Canada since the 1700s. People with Canadian passports don’t make them Canadian. Indians from Indian don’t integrate or intermarry. They impose their culture on the rest of the country. Get rid of them all.

It is time for these people to respect the decision of the government. They came here to learn and contribute, so they should return to their country and contribute there with what they have learned and gained from Canada. Not stay here and force the government to bow down to their demands. They need to keep in mind that they are in Canada temporarily and are not citizens.

These people came to Canada not for education, but to stay in the country! Another question is - who these people are, because the education and living in Canada are very expensive! Many Canadians have to take a loan for education. Another issue is the fake letters of admission.

Of course they invaded Ontario they keep all jobs for their community . They stay 10 in a two bedroom appt and they work for a salary thats impossible for a decent family to survive

Try finding an apartment!! I had to move from one airbnb yo another to another for months. Meanwhile, getting passed over from one apartment to another. These folks were transferring first and last before even being chosen. They were starting bidding wars over apartments. Paying way more than asked. That's what drove the rent cost through the roof! I have a friend who has been staying at motel for months now trying to find a place. He was turned down for a place with a cosigner that makes 100k a year! It needs to stop!

My family was given a stay at a 5 star hotel and we stepped passed veterans who are homeless and they dont get help . I live like a king have a large bank account and have 3 different alias . My wife uses her maiden name as well her real name and her new name . Most families I know get average of 3850 per month free luxury hotel free food free clothes healthcare free tracfone and there is no need to work anymore . My family has almost enough for a new home already and only in country 5 months .THANK YOU Mr BIDEN

I’m a proud Indian who is now a Canadian citizen, and I’ve made a conscious effort to assimilate into Canadian culture and values. What bothers me is how this conversation has been reduced to blaming one group. The reality is that the Canadian government failed first by not properly managing immigration volumes, not enforcing document verification, and not honestly assessing whether the country could support such rapid population growth. That policy failure created pressure on housing, jobs, and social systems long before resentment followed. We also need honesty within the Indian community. Some Indians struggle to adapt being overly loud, culturally rigid, and sometimes lacking empathy for Canadian norms and shared public spaces. I studied Canadian and Indigenous history in school, and respecting that history matters. Assimilation doesn’t mean abandoning your culture, but it does mean understanding and respecting the society you chose to join. Cultural education should be expected, not optional. That said, one Indian doing something wrong does not make all Indians bad. Most Indian students and workers I know are hardworking, punctual, and serious about contributing. I’ve personally worked minimum-wage jobs for years, and what I noticed was not jobs being “taken,” but fewer Canadian youth willing to stay in or commit to these roles long-term. Indians didn’t replace Canadians, they filled vacancies that already existed. I also briefly volunteered helping the homeless, and what I saw was honestly shocking. It’s not that the government isn’t trying to help there are rehabilitation programs and support systems in place. The difficult truth is that a significant portion of the homeless population struggles with substance abuse and refuses treatment because it requires giving up drugs. Over time, homelessness itself starts to function like a culture, where benefits and assistance unintentionally enable continued substance use rather than recovery. This is an uncomfortable reality people don’t like to talk about. None of this is simple. Immigration didn’t break Canada, and neither did one community. Poor policy, weak enforcement, lack of accountability, and refusal from governments and individuals to adapt responsibly is what brought us here. Blame is easy. Honest solutions are not.

I don't understand those people who came here in Canada to be safe but do not follow the system here. Stay in your country if you want the same system that you're used to. I came here to Canada 18years ago to feel safe and have a better future and worked so hard and I was very happy but now everything starts to break 😢
