From what I heard coming from other source .Also when I see them at food banks taking home more than $150.00 in groceries from just 1 food bank they goto 9 amonth .their cell phones are top of the line .Clothes and shoes brand name only .Gold jewllery ladys purses $300.00 and up .And they all have cars from 40 thousand and up . One place i never see them is value village .How do they do iit ?I had 2 kids and on welfare a few years back and I had a hard time trying to get some things that we badly needed and could not afford and things were a lot cheaper .The most I ever spent at no frills been on assistance was $75.00 for the whole month .6 years ago and no cell phone gold. or cars .So how these people do it ?oh and by the way I go ti no frills once a week .Those same refugees are there every thursday spending $500.00. on goceries and none of them work .Some time neighbours talk and thats how things are know .Our government is a big lier .We the tax payers are paying for all of these Once a refugee of this country one canot be sent back or deported so if this refugee never finds a job you the tax payer and I will pay for his or her assistance and maybe for a life time .like in the case of gypsies refugees they are all on assistance go to all the food banks rob the community of their belongins their cars items from stores donations in front of churches and stores they dress the best also spend hundreds of dollars on food they shop for clothes at the mall and we the tax payer brake our backs 6 days a week 10 hours a day like me and I cant afford even half of what these people can .So even if they become criminals we have to support them .Some refugee law and rights should be changed to ensure that tax payers are not been taking advantage of .

For the first group of 25000 Syrian refugees, many had very large families. As mentioned in the video, $50,000 depending on the number in the family, probably 8 or more, mostly children under the age of 17? Now add on the child care benefit. For each child under the age of 6 the family gets $6400 & those over the age of 6 to 17 they get $5400. So if you had 8 kids, 4 under the age of 6 equal to $25,600 & 4 over equal $21,600 & it's all tax free. Now add on subsidized housing, free health care, the one time setup housing money & the Government covered their transportation cost to Canada. Total $97,200, most of it tax free. Canadian Immigration Consultant considers this kind of family just above the poverty line. Remember this is just a scenario, but it does show the added benefit of our wonderful child care benefit for families.

If people want to get up in arms about something, they should target the people who keep money in tax havens. Say what you will but Canadians have worked and paid in CPP and paid taxes all their working lives. My Granparents, parents, settled the homestead in 1896 near Rossland BC. How it used to work, how things are supposed to work, is the Government serves the needs and demands of the people. The people don't serve the Government nor any Corporation or Public/Private Partnership. This means that the Government doesn't prevent people from doing what they do and they don't use force to extort the fruit of everyone's labor to the point of enslavement. In 1896 and throughout my Grandfather's life from 1902 to 1976, one would do for themselves if they weren't working for someone else. In other words, you found something needed be done, something the community around you required or was lacking, you opened shop and got after it. You can't work today because you require licensing for everything, you require permission for everything, everything is regulated. People have it in their minds that it's so much better today then it was then, that it's "safer". But it's not, that's a lie. My family, although never wealthy, ate good food, always had a roof over their heads, plenty of family around and always had something to do or at least could always find something to work at. Most importantly, they always had hope because they had freedom. No one has any hope anymore and the people coming here aren't just bringing their culture to overtake our culture, they are coming with anger. With envy, resentment and malice. My family didn't come here with those things, they came to Canada with hope and determination to integrate and prosper with freedom. The other side of my family fled Bolshevism when they left Russia and came here and that side had the exact same hope in freedom to work hard and prosper. Now all generational wealth, freedom, prosperity and hope is all but completely stolen. We don't need more regulations. We don't need more benefits. We don't need more Government. We need less, we need it all to go away because I know for a fact, you give people the freedom to go about their lives, the society or community they form, always tends towards peaceful, prosperous organization. You give people the freedom to build and produce and they'll get after it immediately and that opens the door for all other manner of trades and skills that just fill any hole in a community or society. And that's a fact about the organizational tendencies of human beings. There's nothing stopping us from providing for ourselves but a cartel Government in the business of extortion and human enslavement. They foment chaos and division in order to justify the revoking of more freedoms to enslave more people. People themselves, they look to get along, get to work, raise families and, as best they can, enjoy life. Once we start expecting a Government to take care of us we've institutionalized prisoners who have lost all human dignity. When you "buy in" to all the rhetoric of so called autonomy, ask yourself, how autonomous are you without a family? Just because you're alone in a box in a city, stacked one on top of the other, weighted down by a landslide of rules, collecting benefits from the Government, doesn't make you autonomous. People say, "no one can afford a family". Yet those coming in have large families and they seem to be making out just fine. It's the brainwashing of our culture that set us up. Over time we've convinced the proper way to do things is everyone to grow up and go their own way, leaving each other relying on benefits from the government in old age or illness or whatever calamity might strike in life. There's always something that comes along. With family you have human resource, a plethora of skills and you have your "insurance", free of extortion. Everything that comes from a government is conditional and sooner or later their conditions rule over our condition, even though it's our labor that provides for them. The answer isn't more benefits, as I've said. The answer is simply less government, so we can all get to the business of providing for ourselves and helping our communities prosper. We need to do this with family because alone, we are all isolated and powerless. No one stands alone and a house divided cannot stand.

(This can be viewed as assumptions but it's factual) Was at a A&W last night me and my fiancee were the only Canadians there... went to Walmart after.... Now sure I wasn't in every part of Walmart but I only seen one actual Canadian born worker... Sure it can be said it's assumption on my part but I am confident with my assumption based on what I saw. Our public transportation ( bus ) there's only 4 Canadians left. Now our busses speed, don't give time for people to get on safely.... accidents almost daily. And from what I heard there has to be a shuttle bus on standby because the new drivers just make false claims of accidents and issues so shuttle has to come and pick up the people on the bus to finish the route. Our rental market is far and thin. Our homeless is Canadians NOT foreign. And we are seeking illicit activities and mind altering chemicals to deal with the stress of life more and more each day. Concerns me my son and daughter have to grow up like this. I fear for them and their future in a country that I once believed in. I'm not racist I try my best to treat everyone fairly and equally. But Canada is changing and it's causing great impact we can't handle.

I’ve lived in Canada for 30 years, but I became unemployed in 2021. This is the first time I’ve been out of work for more than a year and a half. I’ve applied online for over 20 jobs, but unfortunately I haven’t received any responses. This has never happened to me before. When I first came to Canada, it felt very safe—you could even leave your door unlocked at night. Things have changed a lot since then. Nowadays, there are many new immigrants and refugees, which has also changed the job market. I’ve noticed that many companies prefer hiring workers with student visas, because the government subsidizes part of their wages. That makes it more cost-effective for companies compared to hiring Canadian workers. I heard this directly from my former manager. As a result, some of my old colleagues now only get one or two days of work per week, while companies continue bringing in new employees.

This is why I desperately wish there was an actual Libertarian party to vote for in elections! There is a party, but they have not gotten enough signatures to be able to run yet, I don't even know if there is an office or representative in Ontario right now! I wish! Their policies (on paper) seem great, and geared more towards a 'Canada first'/'Canadians First' approach. They touch on a lot of topics and there seem to be a lot of things they want to change! But a government is still a government, they will be motivated by money regardless of any good intentions they may have. So if and when things change, WE NEED TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE! We as the citizens have the power to change things for the better! It's just unfortunate that I see so many people getting pushed down or ignored or hated because they are speaking their mind. Remember, Canada dosen't have laws like the US, our freedoms aren't as protected nor do we have the same freedoms they do (like owning and protecting your own property, or self defense!) We as people need to start being honest and expressing things instead of being terrified of the backlash (of which there will be in these times). The only way we can make progress is by deciding to get out of our comfort zones and standing for what is right! For the freedoms and protections we deserve! To make a future worth living for us and our children! It will not be easy, but when is change ever easy? I hope that one day I won't be terrified of the thought of bringing a life into this world and country. I hope I can be stable enough to be able to give my future children a decent life. But right now? I would never want to have children, things are too unstable and I don't want to bring a child into this country and force them to live a terrible life they never asked for! I desperately want to be able to keep hoping for a better future, a better country, and people who can enjoy their lives instead of constantly worrying and stressing about everything. I hope some can consider looking into the Libertarian party as well! They may be small right now, but they seem to be wanting to right the wrongs that have occured.

I can tell you one thing, around the 11:00 minute mark I learned these people definitely were not let in to Canada for their singing talent or Music writing skills, it really seems like everything they do, is to teach or make people run away and leave. I don't get it.

This is a multifaceted problem for us. Firstly we keep emigrating people in, to deal with a declining population, instead of addressing the issues directly resulting in declining population, like the housing problem, cost of living, under paying jobs, and astronomical Post secondary prices to get basic diplomas I know for a fact that 90's babies will be the last generation to have more then one child. Another issue is the recruitment centers in India, funded by Canadian corporations looking for cheap labor, promising the world to struggling Indians only to back out of every promise they made, and put the burden on the government and Canadians. This plus a lack of population control in India, is set that to have Indians to be over 25% of the global population in the next 50 years.

the international.students coming to .universities have paid a hige price compared to native people. these students would be attending college and 2orkong tonget q decent job. however those who just want to work and dont want to study are the ones to be blames for. because if such students everyother student gets affected.

I came here 25 years ago from India. While growing up, I would go to the terrace of my home and turn the antenna to get Cbc at night. I watched Air Farce One, the green show, NFB and Cbc and was always fascinated with Canada. I knew then when I was 20 that I will make Canada home. I wrote my IELTS ENGLISH test, studied here with good grades. And I did. I have an amazing career and young kids. And I have loved everyday of it. I have watched rerun of trailer park boys about 10 or so times already, watched Corner gas, watch hockey, I have embraced the weather, the people and the values this nation stands for. I have travelled coast to coast and to the great north. Heck I have been to more places in Canada with my job than other Canadians who are born and raised here. Now all I see there these ignorant, entitled effs thinking they can come and change the way of life. Like how Don Cherry said, they want the milk and honey but won't respect the values. I am effing done with this immigration and the government. Steven Harper was the prime minister when I got my citizenship and it was the proudest moment of my life. I really hope Canadians wake up. I know exactly why the racism has gone up and I don't blame the Canadians at all. These clowns bought it on to themselves. I just had enough and wish things would back to how it was 20 or so years ago.

I like you & your attitude about coming to Canada. I’m subscribing. I feel for the young girl looking for a job. There are tons of jobs on indeed in my city. I apply for both part & full time. I apply for at least 10-20 a day. I’m not getting calls for interviews. I’ve even applied twice to one job because I was not chosen but 2 weeks later the same position was back. I’m fortunate enough to not have to work. I have a husband that makes a very good salary that pays for all of the bills , groceries & vacations. Up until Covid collapsed my 2 franchises & I was sinking more money in than making it I had to sell one for 1/3 of what I paid for it & give the other away. I started a small business at home doing lash extensions. I have my regular clients. But if I want to save my own money it’s not sustainable or steady. I want to work because I enjoy leaving my home not to just go grocery shopping or visit family. That’s even if they are home from work. I like having a purpose. I’m skilled in accounting, cleaning, sales, marketing, customer service you name it. Many might say that I’m very lucky. I am very blessed but it’s also very lonely. Plus I have always worked & had independence. I hate asking my husband to send me money so I can pay my cell, credit card bills. I don’t even go shopping without him for new clothes because I rely on him to pay for those too. Hypothetically we broke up tomorrow I’d be screwed. I worry about if he dies. There’s life insurance but we still have a mortgage to pay & monthly bills. Plus of course I’d make sure his kids got some too. Not to mention I’ve had mental health struggles with social anxiety & agoraphobia years ago. The more I stay home the more I get anxious about going out. Days can get boring & then I find myself napping all afternoon. I need a job. I just want my own money. I don’t want to go to my husband every 3 months & ask him to send me 2000.00 to clear up my overdraft for one business day. I don’t even want to have to use it. Sorry for the rant but I feel that even when filing out applications many times I’m asked if I’m racialized. In other words is my skin brown.
