here's the problem culturally they're completely different than you Canadians. You actually had people supporting Hamas and the taking of hostages and what they did to those babies and what they did to those poor women who they kept in those assault camps. You literally would have never had people parading on the street supporting that we're at not for these immigrants so they're changing the culture of what was once a beautiful country and meanwhile lowering your quality of life to 50% of what it was just 18 years ago so why the hell would any self-respecting country keep more immigrants in that hate the very country they're trying to get into

It’s not about votes. It’s to water down / destroy Christian morality. You can’t easily control an educated, moral people with integrity. You can enslave people who are uneducated, have a culture of immorality, and that feel their pay check and freedom come from the government. Education in this context is the workings and history of this country.

Inspite of all these Indians are just 7% of Canadian population and being Indian, even I don't agree with most of the things, like erecting a big idol or trying to Indianise Canada. When you go to that country learn to respect their culture , inspite of being less than 10% of the population you stand out because of these behaviors

As an American speaking, it's crazy that if you were to go to their country, you are permitted to adjust and assimilate the culture, but they come to other countries and turn a whole town into an assimilation of their country make it make sense. It's worse than this video shows. I don't live in Brampton and my town is entirely * after 10 years. Everywhere I go is * people. It doesn't matter what store or business or service I contact it's just * people now. When I went to college everyone was from there. This was a regular local college that Canadian kids aspire to go to. They made up 90% of the classmates, they never showed up to class, they refused to participate in team projects, nobody failed. They did so poorly but the school charges 3x. My final year they cancelled final exams because they decided too many international students would fail. They are from the same country but they have different religions and from different cities that hate each other so they would refuse to communicate with each other. Imagine you meet someone from another province and you hate them and aren't afraid to crashout in public over it. My next door neighbors there is so many people living in the house that they live there on a schedule one group in and one group out. You would think they would be going to work NO they literally hang out all day long like a bad 90s comedy movie. In the last 10 years all of the house in my town skyrocketed in price. The people around me all bought around 2010 - 2015 for $150k - $260k and sold for around $1m 2023 - 2026. Average house price in my town has stayed at 3x what it was 10 - 15 years ago. They don't rake their leaves, they don't clean up their trash, they don't clear their snow from their driveways. Both my parents are immigrants, they came here poor had to work, had to respect the country and its laws and culture because that's what allowed Canada to be successful so they could come here. All I hear about or see now is immigrants from the one country? When I was a kid I grew up with every nationality where did everybody go?

If everyone just immigrated to western countries then what’s the point of having other countries? The reason different cultures exist is mainly because people were separated by geography! We can’t all occupy the same land mass! This is insanity!

Yes europeans have invaded india and destroyed there culture and looted wealth by war and many inhumane ways.before europeans there were no catholic churches in india. But these people are coming peacefully and not looting your country. They are also providing for canada. Please dont be racist. World is changing ,times aredifferent. Please accept the change. All have rights to follow any religion and follow there culture. you can get work done from them for cheap labour, but cant accept their culture. This isnt fair. You can tell the people "concerned" about Canada are straight up just hiding their racist agenda. Yes its hard to assimilate in a culture that is so vastly different from India, you can't blame the people. Large majority of them came here legally and frankly are stuck here because of the investments and loans they've taken to come to this country. Blame your government for obviously chasing quick returns rather than working towards a better future for Canadians.

Canada has open door policy and keeps taking all sorts of people from all parts of world without verification, checks and balances. Those outsiders are infiltrating your politics, academia, judiciary, pop culture and start influencing your domestic and foreign policy, start electing own people, take over your country and bring their culture, domestic conflicts, religious extremism, communalism, misogyny, lack of hygiene, lawlessness in your country also. And cry victimhood and call everyone racist when they are finally held accountable.

I’m a recent Indian immigrant and I’ve lived in Singapore, Malaysia, the USA, and now Canada. I’ll admit that a lot of what’s said here is true: there are far too many cases where Indians abroad show a lack of civic sense, break rules, or behave in ways that don’t respect the host country.  Personally, my family and I have always assimilated wherever we’ve lived, respecting local customs, following rules, and contributing positively to the community and I hate it when immigrants don't assimilate into the local culture and reside in their own enclaves, I mean what was the point of emigrating then?? I truly value the peace and order these countries offer, and I want to give that back. Every community has good and bad examples. The responsibility is on us as immigrants to lead by example, integrate genuinely, and show that we can be respectful, responsible citizens. That’s how perceptions change for the better. It sucks that a whole racial group can be disliked because of some bad apples — and in our case, unfortunately, there are quite a few.

It’s really disappointing to see some immigrants not making any effort to adapt to this beautiful country, but instead trying to recreate everything exactly as it was back home. I’m an immigrant healthcare professional myself, and I visit many nursing and retirement homes. It feels extremely disrespectful when immigrant workers speak only in their own languages even when others around them don’t understand. Just a few days ago, I was in a park and witnessed someone spitting red tobacco all over a tree trunk. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in Canada. We came here for better opportunities and a better life, so it should be our responsibility to respect the culture and the public spaces here. I genuinely believe the government needs to be stricter about who they allow in. Canada doesn’t need people who refuse to integrate or who create a nuisance in public. Diversity is about sharing and respecting each other, not about ignoring Canadian values or lowering public standards. If someone is not willing to respect this country and its culture, then maybe Canada is not the place for them.

I am a hindu Indian immigrant. I had come to this country tobhave some peaceful life. But these days there is no peace, hardly any Canadian culture visible. I go to a beautiful park in the evening... And it looks like I have come to either Africa, or middle-Eastern country.. Or I have gone back to india again..

Its crazy letting people enter your country in massive amounts and then letting them simply settle and create insulated communities within your nation. Any group must be compelled to assimilate to the host culture as a condition for citizenship.

This is ALL over Canada. Not just "Bramladesh" Brampton. In the past decade, the liberal government has let FLOODS of these third-world people in, with zero English proficiency, zero education, and zero interest in learning about Canadian culture. May they all find JESUS and return to their home country to work hard and make it a better place for their children.

Decades of conflict led individuals to immigrate for better opportunities. We don’t need someone outside from Brampton coming in to provoke our community. Especially when ya’ll will never comment on the strengths of these immigrants—some of the most hardworking people you’ll meet. Lot of people....the original citizens feel the burn since the world around them is changing. It's natural that they harbor these ill feelings. Most of them are ill informed and have these racist views. It's true for every immigrant community that emigrated from Europe as well. You have Irish immigrant towns, little Italy's, China towns, little India's, polish neighborhoods in Chicago etc ...these kind of neighborhoods are all over north America (USA & Canada). This is natural. Assimilation happens in 1 or 2 generations. Economic expansion and fulfilling social security benefits for the older generation needs population growth and a new younger workforce. This is achieved thru immigration of skilled labor force of all kinds. Population dynamics and demographics keep changing all the time and it has happened thru out human history. Now we are living in an interconnected and inter dependent world. It's better to adapt to change and move on and retain your loyalty to the country they migrated to and contribute positively to their economy and try to assimilate as much as possible and be aware of the sensitivities. This new immigration is from Asia and they are of different ethnicities and cultural background unlike european immigration that happened earlier. So some backlash to these new people's is to be expected and there will be lot of scapegoating and stereotypical epithets that will employed to demonize the new immigrant groups. We all have to adjust assimilate and move on in this great circle of life.

Lets be clear, Canadians arent turning against immigrants. Canadians never agreed to have so many immigrants enter the country that our culture, economy, housing, and safety are all destroyed. We've been betrayed by our government and our boomers.

Okay let's leave the culture at the door. How about we start with jerkfest and the Caribana carnival that happened recently. Tell them to do it in their countries. Why block roads in Canada?

I am also an immigrant, I came here from Guyana (I am Indian) in 1986 when I was 13 years old, so I grew up here and me and my family adapted to the Canadian culture and love it. I've called this country my home for the last 40yrs and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. We live by the rules and laws of this Country as all other immigrant SHOULD. I hated it just as much when new immigrants come and try to impose their culture and way of life on us then complain when they meet resistance. It's simple, if you are planning to go live in a foreign country and you don't like or think you can handle the culture, then you shouldn't move there.

The problem is not Jews,Indians,Somalis the problem is western civilisation stopped growing in number because of birth control. When people come from elsewhere to work legally then you say come but keep your culture and religion back home yet its not possible...The future is Eastern regardless of land and country

Mass immigration is a horrible thing. It ruins culture and countries. Failed countries need to be held accountable for their failures. Their homelands need to take care of their people. Too many people come to the US and probably Canada definitely the UK. They get there and then expect the country to conform to them and their culture and that’s not right. People that move to different countries need to conform to that country and shouldn’t be allowed to be a citizen if they can’t speak, read and write that countries language proficiently.

Wake up Canada. This is colonization, a takeover of your country. We in America stand beside you. Stand up for your country and your freedom. They will take it if you let them. Stand up. This is happening worldwide in every single European white culture countries. This is not by accident.
