My buddy is half black and half white so he’s light skinned and has straight wavy hair. Hes been sick so he went out to get food wearing a mask etc and was social distancing in Wendy’s while ordering and waiting for his food. When a white lady and her 8-10 year old son he noticed kept getting really close to him. He said excuse me in trying to keep distsnce as I have a cold and the lady turned to him told him to fuck off and go back to India ☝️ he’s Bahamian 🇧🇸 ☝️ and here is the kicker her SON is also mixed but is darker skinned than my friend and he said in that moment he saw her sons reaction was embarassed and that of being ashamed. We don’t know this woman’s life story but this is a partial snapshot of how frustrated and tired ppl are on top of toxicity ignorance and hatefulness.

Whats not fair is that they came here for a better life and now our quality of life has suffered. Every person will tell you how things have changed negatively because of the Indians, Punjabi's and Pakistanis. None of them aligns with Canadian values. I feel its very rude and nerve-racking of them to come here and then try to change our culture to look like what they just came from. They are a dirty people. They have no rules when it comes to cleanliness in their food factories. They literally use their filthy feet to help in the preparation of food that is shipped to Western countries. Its a common agreement that we dont want them here. Even natural-born Indians dont want them here. They know how disgusting their hygiene practises are. I went to an indian resteraunt with a friend of mine and i could see into the kitchen and the guy who was cooking was barefooted and as he came to deliver the food he slid into a pair of slippers. I asked him if he was cooking in bare feet and he lied saying OHHH no maam and then he lifted his foot. I looked at my friend and said this is grose and im going to McDonalds. For all the Indians reading comments here We are hated because of these: - Abandoning shopping carts in walmart/supermarket parking lot, or dragging the carts to the place where you live and throwing it by the roadside - Zooming past two way/four way stop signal - Unnecessarily accelerating and revving cars while driving through a residential area. Trust me ITS NOT "COOL" - Playing Punjabi gangster rap music at full volume, or talking loudly on phone when using public transport - Talking loudly with friends in places where we are expected to talk softly: Hospitals, museums, art gallery government/visa office, Medical centers/clinic - Stretching yours legs over the opposite empty seat while travelling in bus or train. Crowding the Handicap ramp to access GO train because it makes it easier to board the train (WTF!). - Suddenly switching lanes and turning into streets without using the indicator. - Opening the car door in full swing and leaving a dent/scratch on the next car at parking lots. Not so much as a courtesy to leave a sorry note. - Stealthily walking the dog at night and not picking up after dog - Throwing the car's garbage towards the direction of the dustbin when driving past a bus stop in residential area. - No basic etiquette and manners of wishing, thanking or apologizing. Did you know you are supposed to greet/wish the bus driver when you board a bus? - Refusing to speak in English while in Indian populated city. - Brampton, even worse - trying to fake an accent when you suck at grammar - Partying loudly through the night with no regards to neighbors - Culture dumping - deliberately bursting crackers when the city has banned it, making agni kund in backyard without taking safety precautions, its a fire hazard for houses built of wood, loudly playing mantras/bhajans early morning when you are living in a Condo/apartment - Not caring to shovel snow off footpath - Not showering after you've cooked at home and smelling like curry in the office. As a Canadian I’ll try and put this very politely and everything but I am friends with Indians that immigranted here 20+ years ago and the immigrants back then wanted to be Canadian and actually wanted to assimilate themselves in our culture the new round of immigration doesn’t do that they want to make Canada the new India they have no respect no care for the others around them and yes! Yes I have found that Indian people here in the Fraser Valley BC are pleasant and friendly at Tim Hortons. However, it's strange that only Indians work at Tim's shouldn't there be a mix of cultures? Unfortunately however, quite a few In dian folks have shared drivers licenses ! Truckers too. That's dangerous. As well some have tried to get In surance money by causing " "accidents" and claimed to be injured. So In dians are definitely good at lying and cheating etc. I find that large statue atrocious and UGLY and does not belong in Canada. Too big and ugly too

As an immigrant who came to this country & fell in love with its culture 40 years ago, it's appalling to see how our beautiful first world country is quickly becoming a gutter. The newcomers these days are the privileged ones. All of us need to speak up, especially those of us immigrants who retain our original accents &/ non-white because our white fellow Canadians are accused of being racist whenever they do (though many could learn to be more eloquent. ie. go back to your country does NOT help)! I see it as my Canadian duty to remind "misbehaving" newcomers the reason they left their country in the first place. ie. You chose Canada for a better life, so why try to change it into the one you left? ie. Help me understand your logic? Why not leave your hate & war at the border; just like normal folks won't bring stinky garbage into their new homes. Life is challenging enough when you uprooted to a new country (especially our unforgiving cold Winter). So, just focus on the positive things in your new country & leave all your miseries behind... ie. Learn to adapt & enjoy your new country. Canada is a great country because of the love & effort of those before you, so now you are the beneficiary. Join the legacy by enhancing this beautiful country & its culture, so you can pass on this century old legacy for later newcomers to enjoy, like you do now. What dignity do you have & what kind of life lessons to your children by bullying your culture & religion into Canada at the expense of other Canadians? People who don't want to talk to us, understand us, do business with us, rent to us. but the same people want us to assimilate, Convert, stop talking to each other and stop doing any business and pay better taxes to contribute better. Sorry to say, we love white people. I myself had to spend 5 years, put in efforts to make white friends, chinese, japanese, arab, black friends (in order to learn canadian culture and try to adjust myself in it, without compromising extremely on my spiritual beliefs and positive aspects of my culture). quite a few are very good friends and discuss my problems and share theirs while others behave like they are somehow supreme than me... 6.5 years in Canada, worked hard to assimilate and now, Federal Government backstabbed me for PR along with a minimum wage paying, but expecting $30 results employer (white-canadians)... So, I guess, people who are not trusting them knew something that I didn't... I never worked cash never tried to misrepresent myself to IRCC and this is what I am made feel... while 100s of people did cash jobs, saved money and today are getting PRs... still I am trying my best to stay legally, without exploiting loopholes... but, I feel scammed by the canadian dream.

I get a lot of mail for my job. Over the past year, all of the delivery guys in my area (Nova Scotia) have slowly been swapped for Indian men. I try to interact with them on friendly terms as I did with all of the folks that used to deliver my packages. They generally completely disregard me, don't look at me, don't smile, act completely aloof and cold, throw the package on my deck, sit in their truck on their phone for 10-15 minutes, and then rip out (generally driving over my grass) and speed down the road texting all the while. It is a drastic, drastic change we are being forced to swallow. I'm sure CBC would call me alt-right just for daring to ponder that fact, but it is the reality of the situation. Gas on the flames of a housing/ inflation crisis. It is absolute unchecked insanity.

If some guy handed you an invitation to a party at his house, and there, after an hour, someone approaches saying , 'I hate to tell you, but you WERE'NT actually invited and your invitation is fake, and although the guy who invited you DOES HALF OWN the house, but it is HIS BROTHER hosting the party, and your friend, whenever his brother holds a party prints out fake invitations. And then after being told to just STAY PUT, after thinking that you would like to just leave, the guy who explained this comes over to tell you that since your friend IS half owner of the house, that you are ALLOWED TO STAY, but preferably if you could just walk a long narrow hallway in sit in the large roomy storage closet. Maybe then, you think it preferable to just leave, but IT MIGHT BE CONSTRUED that you are making A BIG FUSS about leaving, and this would be BEING RUDE to the people WHO TOOK QUITE A BIT OF TIME to help you sort out YOUR DILEMMA, and IF you DO leave, you might NOT EVER be invited back again, and if you AREN'T invited back, MAYBE someone who saw you AT THE PARTY: LIKES YOU, and will go around LOOKING FOR YOU, even to the points of looking through people's windows to find you, and WHAT IF this would happen at like 3am, and maybe you should JUST TRY TO enjoy your stay in the broom closet BECAUSE someone who DOES LIKE YOU would wait and be able to SPOT YOU and say 'hi' AS YOU EXIT the main entrance, if that is the only exit.

I became homeless after spending over 2 months in the ICU of a Toronto hospital barely walking in was taken to a Toronto city shelter and for 5 years I've been in 5 different Toronto shelters in what seemed like a blink of a eye every shelter became 80% north African Muslim men ,they were given cash allowances to buy their own food $80 a day plus welfare cheques once a month boosted up with TTC allowance $157 clothing allowances and yes they were all given money to buy laptops and smart phones apparently so they can keep in touch with their families back in Africa, in the last shelter I stayed in there was only 6 white Canadian born homeless people living there and 94 north Africans whom we started to notice were being housed only to have the next one take up their cott space housed yes and when we started looking into how they were getting housed so fast when we were apparently on a 37,000 name waiting list for housing with our housing workers telling us it will take 10 years if we are lucky then we found out about the secret housing program that these fresh off the boat immigrants were getting market value apartments of their choice you pick the government pays one African we befriended ( he wasn't a believer in Islam shush or they'll kill him) got a 1 bedroom condo apartment over looking Toronto's Island airport $2,700 a month and the government payed for all his furnishings, so now we knew and we approached the on site housing workers asking why we weren't told about COHB at first they tried to deny it existed but researching we had all the information first these COHB forms were to be handed out to those with seniority length of stay so as to cut out on abuse being that they are worth over $250,000 after ten years of paying your rent as in free housing for life , then we discovered the staff were making false entries on our files claiming some of us lost our seniority for fighting claiming we were kicked out for 14 days others for smoking violations what they didn't think we knew was on admission to any shelter you sign a agreement that they are videoing you and keeping a file on you that also stated we are allowed to have up to date copies of our files then during the 2 weeks we were supposedly kicked out we asked for the videos from that period once they realized we had a advocate working for us who a l so supplies lawyers to us should we need so they got caught then management called us all up for a meeting and that's when we hit him with a bombshell yes the shelters are staffed with immigrants from the same African countries this Hoard is coming from and we have a sworn statement saying they are charging $10,000 for these guaranteed housing forms yes $10,000 that's what our none Muslim African shelter friend payed for his form and why he's now living free in easily close to a million dollar condo and believe me the cars parked there show it, ok so after we busted them guess what 6 whites who were all born in Canada and have lived a average of 3.5 years in a shelter all got housed in apartments of our choosing mind we did get ours fully furnished by the government like all these illegal Christian hating islamists get free housing free food free clothing free medical free dental free prescription drugs and a free huge monthly welfare cheque Rebel news please contact us we want every Canadian to know what's going on and how we Canadians are being left out, p.s just go to any money transfer business at the end of the month and you'll see line ups of these north Africans wiring money back to their wives and families even boxing up all the mountains of free clothing sending it to Africa same what they're doing with all the prescription drugs they are getting for free everything is about making money taking taking taking not putting anything back , now I sleep soundly no one stealing my belongings no more catching a different cold every week no more being called a filthy infidel which seems to be their favorite word COHB look that up and if your living paycheck to paycheck working 2 jobs just get to a shelter say one with 94 Africans who will all be housed shortly leaving you the most seniority easy peasy but remember to keep a eye on your file for false entries or borrow $10,000 to buy one

The problem is immigration back in day was a luxury in India so only riches made it outside and they were rich compared to others after independence because they were more pro british and served them. So it was easy for them to immigrate and assimilate into your culture. Now you see many poor people also immigrating because immigration became more accessible, its just like the touchscreen phones, before only rich people had them, but later and now everyone has it. Plus your overly liberal and the stupid point system lets anyone enter the country if they meet a specific criteria, they barely check their english, background, crime record, etc. Also, living in India is a survival, or a nightmare for short. Especially for the poor people in the up north, and so they go to these shady agents who claim that they can send him or her to Canada, UK, Australia where ever they want in exchange for some money. Sometimes these agents turnout to be scams and sometimes not, then these students apply to some fake university that has no campus in Canada and select a course thats easy. Then once approved they come to canada, don’t go to university and make some other indian friends who say they have contacts with some job providers and through that the students get their jobs at the fast food joints and shopping malls. The mindset with which these students come to Canada is that I want to get a simple job as soon as I land in Canada and through that job I can get a PR. They never go to assimilate or discover the culture, they come because the country looks nice, has resources, and will provide them with a good salary so that they send some money back home to their parents as compared to low paying jobs in India, which too are super competitive. They still like the indian way of life, the culture, the food, the attire, just not in India. Thats why you’ll never see these students eating at anything other than a Indian Punjabi Restaurant or a fast food joint, they will never make white friends, they will never try to change the way they speak and look at Canadians, they will never try to change their driving habits. In conclusion, more poor people and students migrating, paired with their mindset of “I want everything to be Indian just not in India but in a place that looks better” paired with their low interest in actually learning and working better jobs is what makes them a bad immigrant group. But thats not to say that all are like that its only some and mostly Punjabis/ other North Indians that have this mindset. The reason why the Indian group in USA is much better and successful is because they are mostly of south indian descent. Those people are far more educated, actually respect the law of the land. And fun fact: The stereotypical Indian Accent originated from USA mainly and reason why many indians say that they don’t speak in that accent is because that particular stereotypical accent is present in Indian people who come from the states of Andra Pradesh and Telegana, which is is where most of the Indians in USA are actually from. I’m pretty sure we all miss the friendly Smiles people know you they waved you. They make sure you’re OK as they talk to you but now it’s rudeness everybody looking at their phones or texting nobody uses manners is very rare. I gotta thank you just for opening the door. i like being a multi culture country (canada) but different cultures have there strong points and weak points . mostly if there coming from another country..for example im by a college.. alot of indians. so there smart and keep to themselves..(good thing i guess) but if you try talking to your indian neighbour there anti social with you. (bad thing) im white in a small biker town.. were generally friendly with first impression but can be judgemental. so. take people for who they are.

Thank you for this report on Brampton. For context, I am a 4th generation Canadian, my ancestors immigrated here a few years prior to confederation in 1867. I have worked in the tool and die industry for decades and many of my associates work for or manage tool and die businesses in Brampton. Everyone in Brampton knows what is changing there. When I try to explain to my friends that what is happening in Brampton is not balanced, they do not understand, they think I am a racist. I told them that my Indian friends in Brampton feel the same way I do. They look at me like a deer in the headlights. Nothing has turned me against a politician so vehemently as Justin Trudeau's management of immigration. The man had no idea how to effectively manage immigration in a way which would integrate people into a culture and society such as Canada. That certainly is not creating a microcosm of one nation in a city.

Every one of you in Canada is an immigrant or descendant of an immigrant, so please don’t do to each other what they did to your grandfathers and grandmothers! Put yourself in the place of the person who just arrived and feel how much they are suffering to start a new life, find a new place, find furniture, change career and look for a new job, get the cultural shock and cold weather shock and learn how to survive the cold winter and learn a new language, and make new contacts, new friends and new families maybe… too much to handle while you are not giving a fuck about all his struggles but pushing him to change his culture automatically like if it’s magic and at the same time he is not aware why on earth is everyone against his religion or accent or way of thinking and your rejections towards them by showing clearly your attack towards them here online without shame! Those people who are escaping from wars or genocides or poverty to find a better opportunity to be able to feed their families abroad, you have no consideration for what brought them here or what they had endured and you want to let them endure more above their struggle to survive all the inconvenience in a capitalist frozen country! Please try to be nice to each other and teach one another how to live respecting one another boundaries and culture! a country with many nationalities is multicultural and multiculturalisme can’t exist with racism and discrimination. Keep the multiculturalism with the nice picture it holds which keep the country warm and colourful. Live in peace and love❤

What do they do in the temples, sing "what a friend we have in Shiva"? On the good side though, they don't try to lure people into their religion, like Christians do. I've never had an Indian come to my door and say "have you heard about Ganesh? Here are some free pamphlets. Perhaps we could come in and discuss your soul getting saved from Naraka". Maybe they tried it a few times and it didn't go well.

I am an immigrant came to Canada in 2014. The immigration system in Canada right now is not let every body in this country, is only allowed low/non skills workers and fraud applications in. I have a friend from China who got a bachelor degree from university of Waterloo and worked at downtown Toronto as a finance person for $500k per year which is extreme high in Canada. But he could not get his permanent resident because he is not what Canada needs as the immigration system. But immigration system is giving lots of pathway on low skills workers who can bring his/her whole families inside the country. These low skills workers need to find employers to do many complicated admin works for the application. In reality, no employers are willing to do such a complicated admin works for a minimum wages worker. So these people are paying the the employers to do the admin works without a single day working. Once they get the permanent residency, they just stay in Canada without working, paying taxes or try to become a Canadian. But for these people who have a high-pay job with high degrees, Canada is kicking them out of this country.

Brampledesh…I knew it! I was there a few years ago and I didn’t see any other race.. I stayed at a friend’s small cottage ground. Which they are or we’re trying to take over the land. It was so bizarre all these new houses and people then a street away a small entrance surrounded by trees and cottages. It’s good old Canadians hanging on to the sliver of their community that’s left. But seriously it was really strange and bizarre like I said. 🇨🇦

As an immigrant like myself, I came to study in Canada. I came to learn Canadian culture which has always been polite, humble, and friendly. Nowadays I am seeing things have changed compare with 22 years ago when I came here. I learned true Canadian cultures from my host family and my Canadian friends. Honestly, there are some immigrants who are coming to Canada who are not trying to learn and even tried to integrate into the culture. You don't come to someone's home and destroy it. You want to make yourself welcomed in Canada. Canada is an amazing country please don't destroy it. I worked hard to stay in Canada and I love this country. I also pay my taxes for some people to get their free stuffs when they entered into Canada, what is going on? Love Canada and let's us united again. ❤❤❤❤❤

This all makes me very sad within the last 10 years because it's not what I grew up with and loved 😢 I grew up with multiculturalism enriching my childhood. Learning from different cultures at friends dinners and other different friends houses and attending eastern-themed event from all different parts of the East. There was so much to learn just in my own country from other people from other countries it was fascinating !!! I got to take part in different ceremonies and watch different people celebrate the same sort idea about something in much different ways, I loved it. I learned at least half of my best exterior Plastering tricks from people that had thick accents from all over the East and I'm better plasterer because of it. I learned cooking recipes in the kitchen that I probably never would have stumbled across randomly. I was shown in person all the nuances to certain ways different cultures cooked - like how amazing is that!! There are maybe only a few tricks that I was able to show in return but I always tried to do my best ! The amount of community an alternate types of activities or interesting festivals that without multiculturalism would not even exist . When I was young everybody new integrated into the neighborhood unit first got to know the neighbourhood we're introduced the community center and then obviously people have their own separate areas that they prefer. We first became one, one by one, and meet each other and try to have some fun together that's the whole point! Community or block parties when I was a kid had all of our parents looks like representatives from different countries, that's the way it used to be anyway.... where did it all go? I stopped seeing this type of beautiful multi-ethnic Harmony roughly 10 years ago. Not only that when I try to be a part of new things I am literally turned away or shunned in some weird way I don't know why... I can't even believe how I'm treated.

As a brit living in Calgary, who is currently trying to jump through several hoops to try and gain PR, it's super tough and disheartening to see so many people here who don't speak english, don't work in a skilled profession, and don't engage with the Canadian community or culture. To expand on that, I have a great job in construction estimating on $85k a year, I speak fluent english (of course), I rent my own condo, my partner is Canadian and I have multiple Canadian friends. Yet, still I'm not convinced my PR visa will ever be granted. Then I walk into Tim Hortons or Subway and the foreign workers there can't understand a word I'm saying... how is that right??
