Canada cursed with short sighted political leaders
(ON ALL PARTIES) failed to do the basics to even attempt to diversify the economy.
No new ports, refineries, pipelines Al infrastructure..ect
Those aforementioned issues are compounded by either too much immigration without support or too few immigrants to grow into an economic opening up.
There was a plan years ago that CANADA should have between 70-100 million by this centuries end ..but that ONLY works OR be remotely possible if we started with laying out the economic and societal systems 20 years ago....
We've painted ourselves into not only a corner ..but onto the edge of a cliff
Analyzes immigration policy through economic lens, critiquing lack of infrastructure investment and demographic planning rather than opposing immigration itself.

With the price of homes it was expected a long time ago that crime would explode. Even people with jobs are having a hard time to get a home. And the really good jobs like pilot, surgeon, long shoreman. Are really hard to get. Its no wonder crime is up. If the government doesnt address the price of homes or help make it easier to become a Surgeon so that we can be able to own a home. Crime will continue to tick upwards pretty sure. 70s home in Vancouver 4 bedroom is 1.9 million unrenovated old carpet old fixtures etc on a tight lot can easily see into neighbors house since its so close.
Analyzes housing affordability and job accessibility as root causes of crime, critiquing government response.

Canada is finito… if I truly could afford to, I would emigrate to another country for a better lifestyle for my kids. I can’t tell what it’s gonna be like in another 15-20 years. I can’t even afford to get my car fixed, which I use for business to make a living 🤦♂️
My problem isn’t with immigration - it’s more with crime, taxes, cost of living and the lack of making it easier for People to live and spend QUALITY time with our families. Greed is killing this country 🪦
Focuses on cost of living, taxes, and economic hardship as primary concerns, explicitly distinguishing these from immigration itself as the core issue.

I live in a small town i grew up in this town. We have had an huge increase in Indians migrate here and now teens can't find work where they used to be able to work at one of the fast food restaurants. our kids can't find jobs as teens because they are hiring foreign workers and having to pay less. It's awful . There isn't enough housing or parking the new schools being built are full before there built.
Personal account of local immigration effects framed primarily around job competition, wages, and resource scarcity concerns.

Indians are very ethno-centric. When they get in a place, they only hire fellow Indians. That's what's happening in the tech industry in the US.
