Trudeau grandstanding that the Canadian people will stand together. Rewind a few short years was he not the guy who’s Covid restrictions had truckers out on masse. He’s wrong if he thinks he will win a trade war with trump

Trudeau is an idiot and has destroyed our country. He's no longer Prime Minister. He resigned finally. He knows he's not wanted in this country. He refuses to leave office. Anything he says now is worthless. Anything he's ever said has only done damage to Canada.

Gen. Wesley Clark is somebody that, i have respected for over thirty years. Even Gen. Clark has expressed his displeasure over the way the Trump administration has threatened Canada with unfair tarrif's, on US'S closest ally and neighbour. It is obvious that Putin is manipulating Trump so as to isolate the US from its traditional friends and alies, as US credibility will decline internationally. Tarrif's will bring higher prices to American manufacturers and consumers and bring higher unemployment to Americans.

I am so tired of this from all parties. We just have to live our life as best we can while the bureaucrats decide our future.

Trump went against the trade deal that he made with Canada and Mexico when he renegotiated the existing deal during his first term. Trump called his deal with them beautiful and perfect. Trump does not keep the deals he makes to other countries or to the Americans who voted for him. \n\nTrump's final push in his campaign was to cut costs for Americans at the checkout, chuckling at the strange sound of the word 'groceries' to him. He has never worried about or dealt with buying groceries. The moment he got back into office, he said that lower prices wasn't happening and that the American people would suffer. \n\nThen he and Republicans began cuts in jobs and government services to Americans as well as others in the world, so that no one can trust Trump --- and in the case of others in the world, it reflects so bad on the U.S. and against any trust in the U.S. anymore. No president has ever done so much damage at home and abroad so quickly. \n\nTrump is the Deceiver and the Destroyer. Trump doesn't care if his voters figure it out. They are no longer needed.

He read the US governmènt for filth. He is so right. WTH with tariffs with Canada. It doesn't make sebse. Our government is acting arrogantly and condescendingly by continuing to call Trudeau 'governor' and refer to them as the 51st state.

Trump is attempting to offset his tax cuts by implementing a tax that isn't called a tax. All of the money from the tariffs goes to the government. Trump has mentioned when tariffs were common as supporting what he is doing, but he doesn't add that at that time, there wasn't an income tax, so tariffs were how the government supported itself. Trump, knowing that tariffs are income for the government, is lying to his base so they will accept the increased prices as a necessary evil to battle the bad countries of Mexico and Canada. It will look like his tax breaks aren't hurting as much as they are and price increases will be the fault of the other countries.\n\nTrump is a conniving grifter with no knowledge of how to run a country's economy or international trade. He is gaslighting the American public to cover his own shortcomings.\n\nAlso, if fentanyl is entering the US, why is it the fault of the other countries? It is the job of the US to stop anything on its side of the border. Canada and Mexico do what they can to catch the drugs while inside their respective countries. The tons of cocaine and guns that enter Canada and Mexico from the US are caught by their border services; they don't blame the US for the products getting past their own border agents, and the US takes no responsibility for it making it across the border. Why is it other countries' fault for drugs getting past the US's border agents, but not the fault of the US that guns and drugs are going in the other direction? That is why countries work together, not fight over whose fault it is and try to punish each other.

When our president put tariff on the table and open negotiations…did you counter or did you go straight to retaliatory? \n\nBecause, it sounds like you failed to negotiate a deal. And went straight to retaliatory.
