I was born there, my family quickly became unwelcome in a brown neighborhood. We moved away because of that. We refer to it as "Bramladesh" now.. The thing is, I don't blame these people for wanting to seek a better life. I do however blame them for turning the city into a flaming trashcan. I used to go to high school there 10 years ago. it used to be a very pretty place, as far as urban places go. Back then it was called an Indian ghetto too, (despite the fact we still had a lot of whites and blacks in the area) but I dont dare imagine what it looks like now.

British immigrant here in Brampton, I wish I could find a doctor who speaks English first, regardless of the colour of their skin. I imagine the satisfaction of immigrants hearing their own language in a doctor's office but I am unable to articulate the loss of understanding what I'm hearing through a thick accent
