Ha I bet the one thing they didn't try was offering a better salary.
Sarcastically suggests that better salary offers weren't attempted to retain workers, critiquing employer compensation practices.

For all the American's siding with Canada. Did you know Canada has never fulfilled its obligation to Nato. they only pay 1% of its gdp. They are supposed to pat 2%. The united States has been carrying the water for Canada and other countries so they can flaunt social programs like universal healthcare. If they paid their fair share for defense they would not be able to afford it. Its about time these countries start paying the United states back. Since Canada became a member of Nato in 1949 they have never fulfilled their payment obligation, but enjoyed the security of being a member. America pays 4.5% and some other years 6% of our gdp to NATO. with out the US there is no NATO. Maybe Canada should take over for the US. Like that will happen. If Canada was the 51st state they would be the 4th poorest state. Not trying to be mean this is just reality. The dictator of Canada has never cared about his people, or he would have simply secured your damn border. https://www.forcesnews.com/news/world/nato-which-countries-pay-their-share-defence
Argues that Canada's social programs are subsidized by US defense spending and NATO contributions, with specific (disputed) claims about NATO payment obligations and GDP percentages.

I think we have cheaper alternatives in the US. How about 50%. As long as we have 250% tariffs on American goods, I say keep going. We need reciprocal trade and need to fix the border issues also. We lose so many to the fentanyl. Canada needs to make its military contributions also. We don’t need the bs words from this bs guy. Some better leadership can still fix this but when I hear boycotts, I start checking labels also.
Focuses on tariffs, trade reciprocity, and economic alternatives while mentioning fentanyl security concerns and military spending.

Housing and health care for Canadians are out of control, something needs to be done and if this is what it takes then so be it, one of the main reasons is too many immigrants allowed in to the country. Canadian youth born here simply can not find entry level work, I am not anti immigration, I am for limited immigration with better vetting.
Focuses on housing, healthcare, and job availability as economic concerns linked to immigration levels, advocating for limited immigration with better vetting.

Canada and their snowflake PM can talk all they want! The trade deficit numbers between the US and Canada will crush Canada and be barely felt in the US. All of these comments are uninformed and uneducated. Once again, Canada will cave in a short time because it's unsustainable for their economy. Time to step up your border security or watch your economy crash!
Argues that trade deficit economics will force Canada to capitulate, emphasizing economic vulnerability and calling for border security policy changes.

What is wrong with the American people here disrespecting America by supporting a country who shows nothing but disrespect and contempt to the American people and out Representatives? What is wrong with President Trump wanting things to be fair. Canada has charged the US a 25% tariff for years and that's acceptable I think not. They deserve a 25% tariff from America. Why do some Americans think it's acceptable to give America's hardworking tax dollars away to countries who show nothing but disrespect to United States what is wrong with you guys? America doesn't need to be everybody else's piggy bank we have our own people our own states to take care of own states to take care of.
Focuses on tariff disputes, trade fairness, and economic burden-sharing, with repeated emphasis on protecting American economic interests and taxpayer resources.
