Tyler, Canada hasn't been a "white" country in a long time. Brampton is known for being an Indian enclave. I grew up in the GTA, and we had plenty of different ethnicities and that was just fine. Canada embraced multiculturalism a long time ago- there isn't any central "Canadian values". Not assimilating is only offensive in America.

I personally think that Canada should focus on its own people. Yes, immigration has stopped in the USA, but that does not mean that we should take them.

As long as Trump and his administration align themselves to dictators and impose outrageous tariffs on our allies and head toward an authoritarian government, all countries from the free world need to fight back against these unfair tariffs being imposed by the Trump administration. New torch bearers for the free world and the unified free world needs to decouple from an undependable, disloyal, Trump led US. Trump is tarnishing the legacy of the US in real time.

So embarrassing to see fellow Indians behaving this way. The other immigrant groups are also doing their own s&!t. This is so wrong, discourteous and the sense of entitlement is so misplaced. As human being we should respect the host culture and not behave like aspiring neo-colonizers. Add value to places that you call home and become an unobtrusive part of the mosaic. Why can’t we have a real leader like this! Instead we have a belligerent egomaniac Russian asset as president. He shouldn’t have even had 10% of the vote. Y’al knew better but didn’t vote better because of many superficial reasons, among them, sexism and racism. Now all of us Americans are losing. I’d love to see the day when we as Americans can come together as ONE & stand up against people like Trump that are harming all Americans. United we stand. Divided, ALL of us fall. Some of y’al thought it wouldn’t impact you even if his policies impacted others (and not you) so you didn’t care and voted for public enemy #1 despite all the warnings given. Now here we are. I really truly hope that America has a whole will look at ourselves in the mirror at what we’ve allowed to be, and change our ways by coming together as one country that wants to see Americans do well and be good and be able to take care of their families, regardless of race or sex, or gender, immigration status or any of the superficial barriers.
