I've had both good and bad experiences with Indians, I worked with one guy at the local supermarket, he literally had the entire department hating on him, he was disrespectful, constantly tried to avoid doing his job, the rest of my department had to rally together to tell management to get rid of him, on the other hand, I've also worked with Indians that were the complete opposite, very respectful, kind and hard working. One guy lived in one city, went to school (College/University) in another and worked in my small city, it blew my mind at how busy his life was. They're not all bad but it does feel a little odd to see so many in BC
Commenter shares lived workplace experiences with Indian coworkers while expressing ambivalence about demographic changes in BC, mixing anecdotal evidence with identity-based observation.

As a someone who has lived in Brampton for over 20yrs I can say this video was pretty accurate. It was weird seeing places I past daily. Something that people don’t talk about when we speak about immigration are the temporary work agencies. They prey on Indian immigrants just as much as some of the colleges do. It’s sad really.
Shares lived experience in Brampton validating the video's accuracy while critiquing exploitation by temporary work agencies and colleges targeting Indian immigrants.

I have such mixed feelings watching this video and the following is just my opinion.
I am an immigrant from India too and I love my country's values and culture but I also realize its drawbacks. When I came here, my immediate instinct was not to change everything to how it was back home...It was rather to learn the culture and values of Canada too (which I know is in and itself a mixture of multiple cultures).
If you are reading this my fellow Indians, It is truly my most humble request to remember that you don't have have to quit your culture, but that does not mean that you make no effort or take part in involving yourself in other cultures or mock them. You have the chance to better a country that has offered YOU a better life.
Please don't ruin things for other immigrants or Canadians. We are resilient, and we can choose the best of both worlds.
First-person immigrant account sharing lived experience and cultural integration philosophy, encouraging fellow immigrants toward balanced cultural participation.

I live in Toronto and it is full of Indian students. They are everywhere, every business, gas stations, grocery stores, dollar stores, all basic jobs you find indians. They can get visas for their spouses, their parents so easily. How is it so easy for them to get into Canada. Some can hardly speak English. Its hard to even get a basic job.

I can't wait to move out of this cesspool called Brampton. As a resident for 20 years, I can confirm it's the sh*t stain of Canada. Shame on the liberal government and their voters for letting this happen. The way things are going, all of Canada will look like Brampton in the next 10 years or less.

So, I am applying to TEMPORARY working visa, and when that term is finished, and the government decides not to extend my TEMPORARY visa, I say, oh, wait, I invested so much money in this to be PERMANENT, nobody does such an investment to COME BACK to my country... Interesting.

“As a brown Canadian, I know exactly what racism feels like — I’ve lived it for 40 years. The truth is, some people simply can’t accept brown immigrants, even though we work the hardest and often for the lowest pay. Yes, one percent may cause trouble, but that exists in every community. What’s really unfair is how brown immigrants are singled out, while no one makes videos when Indian students are dying or struggling. We’re not monkeys — we’re human beings, we’ve worked for decades building this country, often in silence and underpaid. Stop the racism. Canada is stronger when we live together, not when we tear each other down.”
First-person account from a brown Canadian immigrant describing lived racism and systemic unfairness, combined with ethical appeals against discrimination.
