Also many Indians will adapt a more western lifestyle overtime due to assimilation so cleanliness won't be a big concern overtime. In history migrations like this happen and have happened so many times and sometimes the demographic of a country is permanently changed, it always happens. Stop complaining about it, nothing lasts forever.
