The Alberta Is Calling campaign ran from 2022 to 2023. In 2024 Danielle Smith wrote to Justin Trudeau begging for more immigrants. In 2025 Danielle Smith tried to bring in immigrant workers from the UAE.

Anyone who is NOT a citizen, who commits a drug or violent crime, should get deported period.

The Canadian Immigration System is broken....

I’m an Indian, and let me state the reality clearly. India has repeatedly warned Canada that many individuals seeking asylum there include criminals facing serious charges or jail time in India. Some exploit the Khalistan narrative to falsely claim political persecution, allowing them to gain asylum and citizenship. These networks have contributed to gang wars, drug trafficking, and rising violence in Canada. Khalistani extremists have a proven history of terrorism, including the Air India bombing Canada’s deadliest terror attack. If Canada genuinely wants to curb shootings, drug cartels, and organized crime, it must treat Khalistani extremist groups as terrorist organizations and stop offering safe haven to criminals. This is not about Sikhs,peaceful people. The problem arises when criminals and extremists are protected under the guise of activism. Canada’s continued refusal to extradite such individuals reflects a failure of policy, largely under the Trudeau government.

I hate our government so much.

Canada's immigration system was never ideal. Even in the 1970's the govt. never knew who was enteringband leaving the country.

There is no justification or need whatsoever for keeping parliament porogued, PM Trudeau. And no justification for Trudeau to not have put more effort into drug and border controls over the last nine years.

Immigration wasn’t designed to help Canadians. It was designed to protect profits. The rich gained. Corporations gained. Government gained statistics. Society paid the cost.

Every single thing the liberals touched is far worse than it was in 2015.

Great start. 64% decrease in foreign students is a huge cut and definitely needed. Middle class tax cut is a step in the right direction and the $10 NSF fee is actually a huge underrated change. I’ll admit I’ve been in the situation where I forgot which day my bill is coming out and didn’t have my bank account prepared accordingly. Getting slapped with $50+ NSF fees just made it even worse. Nice to see a cap on that now as I felt like companies were abusing it.

As an American, I am embarrassed. I have loved travelling to Toronto, and working directly with my Canadian colleagues. These tariffs are plain dumb, and can only be explained by Putin's influence on the FOTUS in America.
