2 years, 11 months ago @kyleellis1825 Heck no, I won't go. Ever since you elected trump and revealed that about 40% of americans suck... yeah, I won't even visit anymore. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @tamibenz6626 My 1 rfeatment is $20,000 x2/year that doesn’t include my surgeries, , everyday meds and special equipment… 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @tommyflorida9204 I just snowbird in the US. 1 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Karina_Leigh I live 20 minutes from the US border, I'm single and doing the online dating thing. I Get lots of people who live in the states because I live so close to the border, but I immediately reject them. That's how much I don't want to even consider involving myself with the US.\n\nAlso, I think you need to do a little bit of research about your own company because your statement that the vast majority of people have health insurance through work is completely wrong. It's less than 50%. Most people in your country are screwed when it comes to healthcare.\n\nThe fact that basic human rights for the majority of the population are also under attack makes it a very easy no. Who would ever want to live in a place that is so hateful and violent? 4 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @hunsbergermatt You glossed over the roe vs wade issue...thats a big one...America has lost itself 9 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @jen92465 Hell no! I enjoy living in a country where we are not descending into a world comparable to that of the fictional world of The Handmaid’s Tale. Thanks but no thanks. 5 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Krista823 Tabarnak! ?? 2 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @ellenkeefe76 Nope , probably get shot , mugged , kidnapped , first week there , one thing about living where I live in Newfoundland, I don't need to worry about that , 46 years in Newfoundland, never felt unsafe , in my house, walking in the dark, walking through paths , hiking, the idea of America terrifies me , 12 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Veggamattic The health care is so much better than Canada if you can afford it. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @MegaMik82 Living in small towns and you find the communities great and welcoming. Welcome to being a caucasian male in the US. lol That example doesn't mean much.\nEdit: If you think you may be desensitized to children being gunned down in schools, that should ring massive alarm bells that something is wrong in the country. 231 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Olivia-MaiSevigny my family is from usa i would never go to us because am trans and ...... i don't want to die or be threaten like a pile of shit in the red states no fucking way 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @GabLeGamer I'm actually planning to move to the US in a couple years. Main reason is to escape the weather. Also, the mac&cheese in the US is 100 times better.... can't really find any other advantages.\nI haven't picked a city yet but I'm leaning towards Nashville or a town close by in Tenessee; not too hot in summer, no snow almost ever, Nashville has an NHL team, the people in Nashville are great and the roads aren't falling appart.\n\nI'll just need to find a way to Iimport Poutine and i'll be golden. 4 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Veggamattic I would in a second. 1 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @masongalg2083 We'd thought about it. On balance, I think we're settled in Canada and late in life so that re-starting would not be practical but ... we'd thought and talked about it. The potential freedoms we feel like we're losing, here, now. (It's always complex ;-) )\n\nCanada's health care system/financing/administration is having problems too. We aren't subject, the same way, to individual medical bankruptcy but the system is VERY broken.\n\nWe've had shootings on the streets lately ... innocent bystanders being hit. \n\nCanada's a great (and imperfect) place. \n\nIt's not better or worse (IMO). It's different. 5 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @AnnDavi-c7w There are more foreign born people living in the US than the entire population of Canada. Surely that gives you a clue about desirability. (Then again, you are often clueless.) 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @outforyablood Nope not a chance. Too many problems with gun and medical. 7 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @vladimirmisata You Guys Are On The Edge Of Civil War, Mass Shootings Out Of Control, Trump Will Destroy Democracy, Ask Me After Trump Is Gone!! Because You Will Be Running Up To Canada! And White Supremacy Is 76 Million Strong! 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Krista823 There’s many countries I’d consider but the US isn’t one. 91 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @toddstevens13 Hate to tell you Lad, less then 50% of working Americans get Health Insurance from their jobs. Easy to look up. So... 35 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @AnnDavi-c7w Almost all of those Americans who say that never do. They know a good thing when they have it. The US population is 8.5x that of Canada, but nearly 13x the GDP. (Tyler, almost anything you can find to see/do in Canada, you can see/do in the US. There are many things in the US that you can't see/do in Canada.) 2 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Amkontos Never!!! Unless forced and even then! 5 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @youtubasoarus Looking to move to the USA due to the sky high cost of living here in Canada. It's become untenable. Ontario is a shit show. 3 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @randallmcclure9901 Nope....Sorry. 6 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @AnnDavi-c7w And yet they do, especially if they have talent and ambition.\nFar more Canadians move to the US than vice versa. 4 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @JohnMcCormick419-l7x I live in canada and I'd move anywhere but the U.S. 20 O0gJtVar7_E
