They've captured the goverment and are given tens of billions in government contracts and grants, back-door deals, and heads up on projects (413 highway) before the public knows so Italians can buy up all the land. Check out the companies that received funding from the Skills and Development fund. Mostly Italian companies and donors to his government.
It's also ironic, because this government lobbied for more and more immigrants and opened up scam colleges to bring immigrants in and exploit them for low wages.
