When Russia has its hands full with a war on their own Boarder! \n\nConsidering the population of Venezuela is so small the flow of Migrants is limited! \n\nInstead of spending hundred of billions caring for their migrants here, we should take out their government and build relationships with the country! \n\nIt's much easier to produce and transport goods from South America than China! \n\nAdd in the fact the tourist industry in Venezuela could literally bring in billions annually due to how amazingly beautiful the county is, and there's absolutely no need for there to be fighting over the oil resources which is the main source of wealth for the government!
