7 months ago mchume65 Mexican and Canadian visitors entering on a B2 visitor visa and staying longer than 30 days or traveling beyond 25 miles must apply for an I-94. Biometrics and photo is taken. It's been this way for many years. Really nothing really new here. Just enforcing the law that has been in place since 1996. Known as the 96 Act of the INA.
