If you come to canada, seeking asylum, or immigrating, they should all be required to work day 1, Healthcare, fine, handouts no. Welfare no. Work. Like my family when they immigrated. All the government needs to do is set up programs with farmers, or any industry to provide worker spots. Fed Government can either top up(not preferred) or like the good old days require an employer to provide lodging, for a nominal rate, towards their total income paid(3 square included). My and countless other families/ people had to enter the country that way, and it worked. So if it ain't broke, don't fix it! |

Regarding our military, no one wants to join because it is an absolute mess. So now Carney wants to bring in mercenaries to bolster the military ranks. Personnel with no allegiance, love, or empathy towards Canadians. A force willing to do whatever is asked of them, no moral affinity with Canadians whatsoever.
