1 year, 3 months ago @MariBella-76 These immigrants arrived legally and were granted legal status. In Canada, individuals must live in the country for five years before they can apply for citizenship. So, why should they be deported? I could understand if they had entered illegally and bypassed the proper legal process, but that is not the case here. Why would Canada adopt policies similar to those of Trump in the U.S.?\n\n-------\n@derekpam7149\nMy point is straightforward: these individuals followed the legal process to enter Canada and were granted legal status. They have adhered to the rules, and deporting them after they’ve done everything correctly seems unjust. Comparing this to Trump-era policies in the U.S. does not align with the values Canada upholds regarding fairness and due process. I’m asking why Canada would take such an approach when these people have complied with the law. Could you clarify what part of this seems complex to you? Perhaps you need to revisit your studies and review elementary education, as this is taught in schools. Canada is a 'land of immigrants.' It's part of history, long before you were born.\n\nI have no issues with deporting individuals who entered Canada illegally. However, these rules should not apply to people who migrated to Canada legally, are working as doctors, nurses, engineers, and so on, and are simply waiting for their citizenship. Your message is clearly irrelevant and discriminatory. 8 l4xPTJvTI70
1 year, 3 months ago @christaylor8337 Why is it the Canadian citizens' responsibility to have enough staff to meet the demand? Explain that to me? So if every human on Earth wanted to come to Canada, the Canadian people are doing something wrong if a few people have to wait to be processed? Canada, oh Canada, look what happened to Europe. The U.S. can absorb these numbers of people; you can't. 9 l4xPTJvTI70

1 year, 3 months ago @noorpagambari116 An average Canadian after compulsory deductions and rent ends up with only 10% as disposable income. In the great capitalist nation of USA after compulsory deductions and rent an average American has 30-40 % income. In addition due to the socialism our per capita income is only 72% of the great capitalist nation of USA. This implies that for every disposable dollar an American has we have only 25 cent. Now we are 10% of US population so for every $1 of disposable market they offer us we offer them 2.5c worth of market \n \nHow can such one sided unequal deals work? It is obvious one party is looting its own citizens and that is not enuff so it has to loot the American consumer with higher disposable income and also students/immigrants from grower saver, efficient and productive economies. And obviously that party was elected by 2 cities and China. And obviously how long will agenda of loot work specially when 100% of looters suffer TDS 8 l4xPTJvTI70

1 year, 4 months ago @Licheynut I have international studies, no asylum should be claimed to people because your country is poor, but under extreme political threating circumstances to innocent people. There is a LOT of people in Canada with NO STATUS asking for asylum.....entering the country as tourists,.some as since 2016!!!!. I translate sometimes for some agencies..... we support a LOT of peope that SHOULD NOT be here. This has to STOP NOW. 0 8DncifIMMG4

1 year, 4 months ago @AbdiPianoChannel I came to Canada in 1989 with my twin sister. I haven't left Canada ever since I came in. My twin sister left Canada for good in 2023. I did not come to Canada because I needed more money. I came to Canada because I did not have a country. Canada became my home country but the crazy thing is I don't recognize the Canada I knew over the years. Many people came to Canada to take advantage of this wonderful nation. My beloved city of Toronto turned into a third world country. I'm now in Alberta where I work hard and pay my taxes. My Canada is a paradise on earth. My Canada deserves people who loves it. I had my hardship in my early years and that was what I had to go through. When new immigrants try to cut corners, I always remind them to earn their muthafuka turn. The liberal party screwed up Canada. Chances are one day I will end up leaving Canada for good but before that I'm keeping my Canada great. 1 lBDlcxyZ4fo

1 year, 4 months ago @AR-pm3zp I am an immigrant turned Canadian. I had to score points to come here, and I gave a job interview and cracked it on day 3 after arrival. Paying hefty taxes, integrating with culture, following the law of land just to see this country turning into a mess! Seeing govt favoring frauds, leeches and unproductive foreigners over hard working and honest people. 10 8DncifIMMG4
