2 years, 3 months ago @lpi6608 Most do not realize immigration problem has to do with our aging population, no immigration then raise retirement to 70. Simple, most people coming in are highly educated. These are not apple pickers who we also need. Privileged do not pick or work at basic jobs. 1 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @Creamon785 The whole country is dependent on international student labour because corporations think theyre too big to fail or downscale their corner of the economy. 5 eP02h50KIOA

2 years, 3 months ago @allenkim3371 Let the colleges be responsible for housing of students. In common sense, one dormitory with 10,000 students are not responsible action. Education is not a business, but a responsibility. 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @awaisjaved482 intl they have ruined canada, and screwed canadians 1 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @Cardus501 International students should be allowed to train and learn in Canada. That should not be a green light to immigration however. We need to go back to an organized immigration policy that accepts new citizens based on merit and who want to embrace Canadian culture, not erase it. 1 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @mindexpandingknowledge409 Competent country ? 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @MrLuchenkov Most people are not saying no to immigration. We do need some level of immigration. \n\nHowever, we need to slow way down to catch up and make up for the massive immigration of the past 6 to 8 years. Bringing more and more people, when we don't have the infrastructure or the economy to support them, is doing no one a favor (except big companies and landlords). Immigrants come here with the promise of a better life but end up stuck paying 2700$ per month for a closet in Toronto, working three jobs and 55 hours a week where they make 3400$ a month. The housing situation is the worst it has ever been. Rates are high, average cost of house in Canada is now above 750k CAD while the average salary is around 54k. Those are not sustainable figures. We cannot keep accepting 500k people a year, with hundreds of thousands of international students on top of it. \n\nI'm sorry if it ruffles the feathers of some liberal thinkers, CEOs, big slumlords and university boards but this is not a sustainable model. We've been going down in standards of living, despite paying heavy taxes. Something needs to change. 1 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @0Ciju0 Imagine wanting to pay tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars for an education where they teach everyone that there are unlimited number of genders. 1 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @coop6835 It all went downhill after Bryan’s questionnaire on Reddit. The psycho frat boys likely met with him . They have associations with illegal drugs and money. Bryan took the blame. The town and university are covering for them. A federal investigation should be done into the Sigma chi across the country.very suss 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @KaushalPatel-dp9oc Exactly this, students are mostly victims in this equations. 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @Globaler YES!! GREED is ruining CANADA. 1 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @zomgoose Canada has been avoiding the root cause of the fertility rate issue instead of fixing it. Canadians are replaced with immigrants. Immigrants are used as cogs in the system. The government always finds a way to make things worse with its shortsighted policies. 1 eP02h50KIOA

2 years, 3 months ago @consciouslobster9310 Why are foreign students looking for work here ? They should come with the money they are going to need . 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @Glory-to-God. We need the unsuspecting overseas students to fund our colleges. We are doing it solely for the interest of local workers in all the colleges. 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @jetsdude8 Stop all immigration unless highly skilled worker (e.g.) doctor who speaks fluent English or French. No citizenship until at least 10 years of consistent PR. 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @jamesnovotny2991 International students come, get in debt, then end up delivering food for uber eats 1 eP02h50KIOA

2 years, 3 months ago @timwernicke8824 The more houses you build the more land you need that means farmland You can't grow food on a house or apt.The more people in this country the more food you need? Farmers have a hard time growing food as it is there will be a food shortage in 5 years ( think about it) 1 eP02h50KIOA

2 years, 3 months ago @mrspleats Many come in as students for a semester then apply for welfare .Tax payers money then funds them.Canada does not set boundaries and does not know what goes on 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @abma0482 I am 100% sure one fine day they will increase the points needed for get PR so much that majority of these students don't qualify. 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @gabz91110 International students bring in billions of $ in the country but we don’t use this money to build more housing… the problem is not the students but the way we use the funds. 8 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @rapier1954 The infrastructure across Canada is not in place to handle a large influx of population. The health care and education systems and housing across the country are underfunded and the federal gov. which rakes in 86% of tax revenues is not giving the provinces their fair share and expects them to keep the infrastructure functioning effectively anyway. The universities are using international students to make up the deficit caused by the lack of funding and help form the federal government. In the process the Canadian students are being shafted because they pay less tuition even though their parents are still paying for most of the upkeep of the institutions of higher learning. 1 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @YvesStOnge Many are here using food bank and we are complaining about rental ??? 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @garywagner2466 Of course. That’s how universities can afford to pay their executives millions while delivering an increasingly shoddy product. They don’t care that foreign students can’t find housing. Not their problem. 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @agoogleuser1261 International students choose to study in Canada in hopes to become a PR. 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years, 3 months ago @dc3625 Lol its ironic how the foreign students paid so much just to be indoctrinated in the woke ways? 0 eP02h50KIOA

2 years, 3 months ago @guigram1124 Blaming provinces was the best solution this government found for this issue. But they forget that ultimately it's them issuing the students visas, the PRs and the citizenships. 8 eP02h50KIOA
