So how will this be achieved? How will the magic money be manifested to pay for all of this? Jobs are needed. Not minimum wage jobs but professional jobs. My husband has two degrees and has not been hired in any steady job. He has 14 yrs in education as a teacher, vice principal and principal. We moved back to Alberta five years ago. |

Sad thing about all of this. I am sure there are people from different parts of Canada and immigrants voted for her. Canada is not a terrible place to live. We have issues like every other country in this world. Hopefully things will get better in the future, but I will not turn them away because their skin colour doesn’t match mine. |

The only thing she missed was that first graph she showed portrayed population as correlated to debt. The only thing is, without immigration there will be no population growth, and then she is SOL on raising debt. |

Alberta is a province. Immigration to Canada is a federal responsibility. If Alberta wants to compete for those workers, they will need to improve public services, and assure workers are paid enough to afford to live there. Alberta is an expensive place to live. I know that from experience. Alberta also benefits from the education and investments made by Canada. And Alberta benefits from the pipeline that Justin Trudeau forced through. SO STOP WHINING. AND stop sounding so much like trumpler the king of Kraznovia. |
