1 year, 4 months ago @DavidGifford-lb8zk Just remember if you get drunk before you take the law into your own hands you can't be held legally liable in Canada. \nTwo can play the system. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @MsLoveandjustice If scammers continue to push up the cost of owning a rental property, economies of scale will make it so that only corporations can own rental properties and it will be far worse for all of us. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 4 months ago @nimagtabrizi I studied in Budapest and I was literally evicted from my apartment for being late on my payment by 2 weeks. I'm not saying we need to be that extreme here but definitely nothing beyond 2 months. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @edwinluyinda3272 It’s not fair for the landlord 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @HydroSticky People wouldn't have to act this way if rent was just cheaper and more affordable. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @hj8092 Usual suspects. They have low morals and values. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @samw7073 I think the law just backfired in general, it's so in favor of the tenants that less and less potential landlords are putting up their place for rent to reduce the headaches from abusers, at least thats what i see from the people around me 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @hmmmmm6056 Tenants world...we just living in it 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @UltPred On the other side rent prices are crazy high to the point of people being forced onto the streets. Some of these Landlords who have dumps are charging. they really need to balance stuff out. Im actually in the business I am on both sides of this. I don't agree with how the system works in either case. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @Mysteri0us1 OK. Watch the tenant and make sure when they leave the building you immediately change the looks and get another tenant in there 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @Waaagghhh This is DISGRACEFUL, DISGUSTING, and DOWNRIGHT DESPICABLE- how on Earth does any of this make sense? \n\nLaws need a major overhaul 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @thierrynolevaux9268 This is a sign of government failure and ineptitude. 2:14 The government should be liable and landlords should be able to sue the government for their owed rent. This is what happens when you get conservatives in power. Tax breaks to developers and cuts to services. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @MatthewKhoory Should be made to pay or forced into bankruptcy 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @wattyh1 wouldn.t have happened if he stayed in his own country 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @RonStochler-oz1qk In her culture everything should be free. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @pjx607 Small landlords in Ontario have no power. I get that slum corporations and shady landlords take advantage of the system, but small landlords are completely at the mercy of tenants. The LTB takes forever—at least six months—to schedule a hearing. And even then, if you make one tiny mistake on the application, you’re screwed. You have to re-file, pay more paralegal fees, and start the whole nightmare over again. It’s absolutely ridiculous and so unfair! Tenants game the system knowing they're protected under the RTA. Ontario needs new rules. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @cheezzees It's always those people. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @marjorie989 I know if i dont pay my mortgage for three months, the bank doesn't care why they just haven't been paid, and i will get kocked out. Why the double standard for tenants who don't pay? Landlords should be able to kick them out if they haven't paid for three months. If you think we have a housing problem, now wait and see if this keeps up.\n\nI know two ppl who own second home and condo and they wont rent it to anyone. The house and condo sit there empty because they are afraid of getting mean-spirited, greedy tenants who cause grief. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @braeniacs canada is broken 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 4 months ago @St0508 Yup, so what exactly is Canada’s issue with this? As per the ‘rules based international order’ any country can deny foreigners visa for grounds it deems fit. 0 ywfm5ZzP4ro
1 year, 4 months ago @sidharthchand8072 The people all have nice cars and trucks. It’s crazy shows you where the priorities are. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @Htwmel What a disgusting woman. She’s probably living her best life knowing she doesn’t have to pay rent and won’t be criminally charged for this crime 3 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @road3557 Very horrible human being. \nShe took so much from him. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @michaeljjan6344 Why are housing prices so high, when you can just not pay rent and live rent free without eviction? Seems like I wouldn’t want to invest in the real estate market if people can do this easily. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 4 months ago @RyoGiaHân I’m usually skeptical about these things, but Malkoc Edi helped me when I didn’t think I had a chance. My visa is approved now, and I’m so thankful. 0 ywfm5ZzP4ro
