Law in not protecting small landlords. \nThey are paying mortgages at almost doubled rates un 5 years and rent can be increased only 2.5%.\nWhy governments interfering to put small landlords on disadvantage?\nIf rent is only allowed to increase by 2.5% then mortgages and Utilities should be allowed to increase by same proportion. |
