1 year, 3 months ago @hchalz Take it easy. You are lucky the Canadian government didn't fine you another $40k on behalf of the tenants.\n\nYou obviously have equities while the tenants have nothing. What did you want the money grabbing government do? Fight the tenants for you? What can they get out of it? 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 3 months ago @EasturnVantageHTK Fact that 40k a year for an apartment in canada is insane. these new homeowners who use housing as a quick investment scheme are the real scammers. 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 3 months ago @henrymiecz8566 To those people that want to defend this scammer I say this. It's because of scammers like this that everyone else's rents go up. When this scammer finally leaves this landlord will jack up his rent to cover the losses from the scammer and the cost is passed down to future renters. The renting community must understand that giving landlord power means their rents can go down but if it goes the other way rents are guaranteed to go up. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 3 months ago @YushiWu-e9k This is insane law and all those thousands of landlords must sue the Ontario Tenancy Board for delays in hearing. There is no reasons neither humanity sense for giving landlords frustrations, mental stress and freaky nightmares because of selfish and abusive tenants. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 3 months ago @patriciachand2476 This video where all parties are visible will only prevent South Asians from leasing their homes to people of African descent. Guarantors and insurance is of course another way to future proof the rental industry 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 3 months ago @davidl242 Lol stories like this is why I don’t rent my condo, There are bad actors on both sides but the law is skewed so far one way, the law just ends up harming supplies and adds to the housing shortage. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 3 months ago @scaldor What is a Dollar Drain -\nImagine 10 people with $10 each and each have a mutually exclusive but essential skills. Suppose, one is a cobbler and one of them is a washerman. Now, the washerman just washed a cloth for $2 and out of his earnings he sent back 1 dollar to his own country. He followed this rule for 10 times. Now the room has $90 left. Now, the price for services goes down since everyone except one has less money. Due to non profitability, cobbler leaves the room. Now, washerman brings another person from his country for the same job. This time price of the service is 1 dollar and both collectively sends 1 dollar from their earnings to their own country. This cycle continues for 10 times. Now, the room has 80 dollar left. \nOne more worker left the room while cobbler became homeless. \n\nNow you know why America is destined to fail. 0 GhG9zykH-GY

1 year, 3 months ago @akeelshimeri5962 Same thing happened to us and many people about$12K plus 5k damages. these loses should be deducted from property tax, if this become law,,, the government would evict those rats within weeks 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 3 months ago @Mickterminator30 Looking back at this video now is hilarious, this is what complete incompetency and utter mismanagement looks like and the consequences are real for the liberals in 2025. We were in NO position to be martyrs since Canada was already struggling domestically. Look at the comments from 2 years ago, people told the Liberals “No” and they did not listen. \n\nThe Liberals were selfish and abandoned their own country in this sense. Sean Fraser is a sellout and a joke, now he and Freeland are out of the picture but definitely responsible for Canada's current conditions of struggle and misery. \n\nFools....all of them. 0 US0p1LUc_oU

1 year, 3 months ago @joran4811 Disgusting tenants. Living free for 4 fn years. In something someone is paying mortgage and taxes on. Landlords should have the right to throw their fn things out, after not paying for a year. The government should have funding program where Landlord can recover the loses. It's almost like the systems support these type od tennants because it put money in everyone's pockets except the landlords. The Gov gets their taxes, the bank gets their mortgage, and tenants get free money that they don't pay taxes on, no one gets $41000 free without paying taxes. This is what they are doing. The Government needs to mitigate this. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 3 months ago @Venus_19786 Landlord board is the main problem. If government failed the housing issue then it is not landlord’s problem. Landlord did not get free money, they worked hard to save & invest. Their investment will be at stake if this liberal policy continue.
