Why can't these people just move into some family members house, if they can't pay rent. Call your parents, explain the situation and move in their house and then when you are able to pay rent, move out. Instead you are just squatting in someone else's house and racking up debt. And then when they sue you, you will have to pay legal fees too on top of everything else. |

Why are such big loopholes left in laws in the first place. A person who has paid so much money for a property and even paid so much in Taxes should not have to wake undue legal battles to get what is rightfully theirs.\nTennants like these should be blacklisted and should also not get any Government aid.
