2 years, 1 month ago @waynejpark560 Once again, Canada’s justice system is ineffective & weak. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @kb8570 Blame the truck company for not having any safety features in the vehicle. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @nster3 Him being deported or not doesn't matter, the rules and regulations that allow such inexperienced drivers drive these huge dangerous rigs is a huge problem. I get that the economy suffers from a job shortage in the truck driving sector, but this is NOT the way. It's sad to see so many people jump to race or immigration to try to explain their frustration with our current issues in Canada. We are doing this, Canada is importing immigrants for our economic benefit. We Canadians are all NIMBY and making it hard to build the housing we need, wanting our houses to increase in value indefinitively, not wanting the less comfortable jobs like truck driving, yet letting corporations profit by putting woefully inadequate truck drivers on the road. Immigrants CAN be problematic, but in Canada we are creating our own problem. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA

2 years, 1 month ago @CoolDown-ml4wp kings everywhere can do what kuwait and other kingdoms are doing... \n1. they keep their people first, so they dont go to poverty.they live a better life. \n2. they give jobs WORK PERMIT for expats immigrants ( 5 to 10 years renewable),so they can work there and build their own nations and have better life in their own country's. do not give expats PR or citizenship that can later on end up in a Civil war between local and expats. \nMessage to all the kings- UNITED you stand, DIVIDED you fall. 1 09qU8UyRJjQ

2 years, 1 month ago @PeteMachini6732 We should be more strict about who we are letting into this country 3 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @kcuhc84 You kill 16 and you are still the victim. Canada. 4 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @stephenslater412 Crocodile tears and a theatrical sorry. This guy hasn't lost a minute of sleep after killing 16 people and if he actually felt guilt he would have voluntarily left already 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @matcam6235 It amazes me that his lawyer talks about what he and his family are going through. Im sorry but how about the families of those killed or injured in that accident, imagine the horror they have and continue to live through. This man including the owner of the company immigrated here . When you move to another country you must adapt to that country's laws. If i went to India damn certain if i broke their law i would be held to account. I feel no pitty here. Those poor young souls and adults who had their lives cut short because of those immigrant's failure of getting trained or following the rules of Canada. You come here you must adapt to Canada not the other way around. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @yvonnequinn8356 All immigrants must comply with Canadian laws. Failure to do so should face the consequences of deportation. There should be no excuses. Wow how many lives were lost and families scarred for life and this man has rights to keep fighting to stay in Canada. It is time Canada moved more central politically and demand the respect of every immigrant. Follow Australias lead. If you were not invited then live within the country' rules or leave. Too many arrivals are deally just scamming born Canadians of all cultures. Time to wake up Canada... 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @rayvatsy571 Does this means if this driver's background is English, should he be deported to England? Or should anyone committing a crime in Canada for that matter be deported to the country of origin of their ancestors? 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @Boza5070 Canada will give him companion ... best country in the world 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @lionsgarage Because they dont want to live in India. 1 09qU8UyRJjQ
2 years, 1 month ago @Edu16-kk4iq Deport incompetent drivers/workers 6 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @JohnMacintyre-cl5nu o well these new indian drivers have one person get a valid license then he teaches them how to pass the test an then theyre on the road in a private truck. no training no experience its the same as a dui murder in my eyes he knowingly drove a truck with no training!! never driven in snow on that scale! make a example give him LIFE!!!!!!! gbyaa!!!!!!!!! 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @OmerTheGreatOne An accident on road is not a planned murder.\nAnd here plenty of murderers get less punishment than him. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @saxytb he will be back through the back door, in no time and you will never find out about it. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @Smokin_Phat_Dabs A lot of these foreign drivers think they can still drive however and do whatever they want because that's how they drive back home and on top of all that, they shouldn't have ever gotten their Canadian Divers Licence in the first place. They scammed to get their license just like how they're scammers back home...is anyone else starting to see a pattern yet? ? 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @__HumanNature__ Those drivers rule the streets of Toronto ? 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @genevievelangan253 What's going on with this world. We have to forgive, yes it's a tragedy and only God can judge this man and it says in the Bible that we need to Forgive, if you can't forgive then that's a very wrong way to be. I know No one can understand all your loss but in life that's how life is, accidents happen. This man has a child and a wife and family. He accepted Canada as his second home why take that from him. This is a sad case. I say let him live in Canada and look after his child and family. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @BoilinHotOil1 I feel badly for this guy. He's being deported while his family is here in Canada. He's served time and I don't feel as though this was any kind of homicide. He was a novice rig driver. He made a mistake there was nothing intentional about it I don't think you should be deported. Have some compassion for the guy he didn't want to kill all those people. Could you imagine having that on your shoulders having killed all those people by an accident and then everybody wants to kick you out. Poor guy 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @LennyLoinburns Don’t deport him, let me have him. 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @stretchstretch9112 7 yrs.....7 yrs to deport....sad 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @Localtruthspeaker I’m a Canadian truck driver. It’s time to teach these drivers from any other country that we do have laws here. I get passed by trucks being operated by people from his country all the time in most unsafe manner. Often on hilly roads with curves and blind spots. They pull up beside you and then motion to you to slow down so they can complete the take over. How ever in the Humboldt accident I believe it was a matter of not paying attention. But blamed on sunlight blinding the driver. What ever the case was laws are laws. They are there for a reason. 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @fkennedy02 Slip and fall lawyers have their claws all over this looking for another taxpayer payday they can milk for years on appeals. Deport his legal team along with him ! 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA

2 years, 1 month ago @frankmarshal7767 What is the most honourable thing you can be in society today? A victim ... and that is the lowbar that Sing SIdhu and his lawyer are reaching for, playing him as the victim. It's the ultimate insult to the families of the victims - the true victims. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @vikings3799 He should b in jail period. 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @AaronR-ej4fe It was a tragedy. Have a heart guys. He did the time that a judge saw fit so who are you? White people crash trucks too should I pull receipts. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @vaninec 100% Government fail on many many levels\nThis is not even a scratch on the iceberg of corrupted Canadian Government policies 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @diggytablet Im shocked this guy is still breathing. 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @camaro67-l1g It should have been the owner of the trucking firm as well. Mr Sidhu would likely never commit another crime but this is needed as deterrent for others and it is important that the money-grubbing owners of the firms buckle up on training and rules. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years, 1 month ago @123Shelby He should not be deported 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
