How?\n\nWhen a team, especially in software, has an Indian manager, the team turns 90% Indian in about two years. Indians recommend only OTHER INDIANS to their teams, they promote them endlessly. When you land in India, you are greeted with the smell of it. If you know, you know. It’s a stench that can’t be ignored. \n\nThey bring their mindset here and do not care to change. Why should they? They have formed communities here where they can all continue acting the same way they did in India. They don’t have to take accountability. \n\nMy parents immigrated here in the 80’s. They chose to come to Canada and maintain the standards of living here, not the ones from Bangladesh.\n\nIf you are an Indian immigrant, who recently immigrated here, I encourage you to question yourself before you decide that people are being racist towards you. As a Black Canadian womam born and raised, l never seen anything like this in my whole 60 years of life. We cannot find affordable housing, they come over here wanting to be Canadian citizens, at the same time abusing the resources meanwhile, they go across the border to exploit the system. Immigration needs to close it doors to certain countries. Some Indians people come over here, and think they are still in India. As a black person, I had a few occasions to battle anti-Indian racism by defending kids at school. Nothing new. They had the P word. It was so racist and hateful. Their behavior in public, lacking civic sense, lacking sense of hygiene and lacking politeness. I have lived in the States for 50 years. I have never experienced racism ever. I dont blame Canadians or Americans for being fed up with Indians. Unfortunately some of the new arrivals from India never got the opportunity to learn the etiquettes that the Westerners are accustomed to. They don't care and don't even want to learn. They are exploiting immigration system, tax system and everything they can without any bit of shame. These days most crime comes from only one state in India.
