I got offered $7,000 to fake a marriage to a Chinese woman back in 2005 or so. Good thing I declined - my first wife applied for citizenship (from the US) and later my current wife is keeping up her PR. Imagine if I screwed that up for a paltry sum of 7 grand? \n\nIt pays to be honest. My life may have been very different if I had accepted that deal. |

Man this is why we’re having a housing crisis . Housing prices going up everywhere rich asians gentrify to avoid losing any $. they buy them for 2-300k above asking price sometimes double & don’t live in them. At least stay in the country long enough legally to contribute to society |

Considering you only have to have a student or work visa and say you are going to apply for citizenship and have a bed and breakfast or rent rooms to buy a house in Canada. Also rather than having our housing market correct for average Canadian to purchase he wants to increase immigration to keep our housing market up his words.
