Mostly to get people over here and especially the young that go on to American universities taking slots from citizens. They then get green cards and take jobs away from citizens. The other thing with Canadians and Americans is that for the last 40 years they have conditioned, especially whites, not to say anything about someone that is foreign or not white otherwise you're labeled as 'racist'. I remember going through one of these agencies after university to see if I can get some government scholarships to furthur my education with hopes that it'll help with job prospects, and they advised me that they would pad my resume with bogus employment history in order to meed the scholarship requirements, and I noped out of there. I wonder what is it about China that encourages people to turn to scams/shady practices? 0 ERMtBEgk9ls

7 years, 4 months ago @Budgetmealracer And here I am watching this after I arrived home in the Philippines after a 2 years work permit and contract in Edmonton Alberta when my work permit renewal was rejected by immigration Canada and there is this fraud immigration thing. Well atleast I did my luck in an honest way rather than doing it the wrong way. I'd rather live a hard life here in the Philippines than living the Canadian dream illegally. I want to thank the canadians for being good to during my 2 years stay in Canada.
