1 year, 8 months ago @cenationofjnu Justin doo doo is the root cause of all the problems that Canadians are facing today. He has accumulated if not billions then hundreds of millions of dollars and he knows that his time has come. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @RichardGrim Not to mention insurance 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @sweez3968 me who wanted to go to canada to study even if they increase the price for schools i start asking myself if it still worth it? 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @GoldenSpike300 You forgot to mention that a large majority of MP’s are landlords or have investments in real estate rentals. The trend was visible since 2004. These rats are the ones creating the demand, they have stalled real estate development, they have brought in more immigrants to increase the demand. The liberals, Conservatives, NDP, they’re all corrupt, freedom trucks and older people think Pierre will save them, he will not. The worst part that even if this mess were to get somehow fixed, prices will not go down, because businesses know that Canadians will pay for more. These rats don’t care, once they have done their business here, they’ll move to Texas, Florida, or California, or some Caribbean country. They’ll keep working as a “international relations” or some sort of public relations relations position for a private company that will give them millions, to use their networks and influence to speed up projects in Canadian communities. They’ll reap the benefits of spending less in the united states, while still sucking Canadians dry through their rental real properties or whatever else they have an interest to spike up the cost of while they are in office. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @ryanz486 Sadly this video doesn't even touch on a lot of the issues in the country still.\n\n(Violent) Crime is absolutely out of control. When I'm out with my camera gear, I'll always carry something with me for protection now.\nParks have become little tent cities.\n\nMy dad's pension has recently been reduced, and this has happened with many seniors, all who payed into it for their entire life. It's already difficult making ends meet with a steady income, now imagine how it is for seniors on a fixed income. \n\nIn less than 5 years I went from spending no more than $150/week on groceries, to upwards of $300-400...and that includes cutting back on what I buy AND not to mention companies shrinking the size of packages. \n\nPP and the CPC might not fix things, but anyone who rewards the imbecile Liberal/NDP collation is in dire need of an MRI to see if they have a functioning brain. 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @thatstoomuchman88 Trudeau sucks, but PP won't make it better. He literally is part of the housing crisis. Vote trudeau out yes, but please make sure we actually vote someone in who will actually make a difference. I'm not advocating for who that is, because I'm not really sure yet myself. But I know it's neither of these clowns (trudeau, pp) 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @commentatorxyz5514 Exactly same situation here in Australia. Median rents per month in Sydney $3000, Brisbane $2500 & Melbourne $2000. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @BailableBody Time to get the rabbits out of the garden. No more foreign home ownership, if you wanna own Canadian property you should have to live here. Decrease immigration to no more then 150,000 a year and not just east Indians but all ethnic groups. Axe the carbon tax and force the liberal party to pay back what they stole. Make it easier to build homes. If you aren’t a citizen you don’t get access to our free healthcare you should have to pay, can’t prove your a citizen then pay up. That’s how you’ll fix canada. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @partythenwork if the supply side of housing is really an issue then why don't people just buy more pre-fab homes? 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @colleenorrick5415 In Ontario, that is how the terribly underfunded post secondary institutions top up their budgets - recruiting foreign students. 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @Ritalos713 US : Housing market skyrocketing\nCanada: Did you say tomato? \n\n???? 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @joelpichette Ottawa made sure to assimilate Quebecers into Canada by importing as many migrants as there are people in the province, starting from the early 90s up to 2024 (now) 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @kevinxu5299 Moved to China and living my best life. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @hummingbirb Conservative propaganda. Look at who runs this channel in their Info section lmao some media literacy, people. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @1BasedAmerican Canada.. this is 100% by design. Your wealth is being stolen by the bankers who are buying all the real estate and renting it back at inflated prices purposefully. Interest is theft. Canadians why are you staying silent?! You’ve become slaves.. homeless on the very land ur forefathers settled on. How’s that make sense? You need to revolt or it will only get worse. Why would they stop? 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @capgermany8500 Strangely I know Germans who emigrated to Canada recently and who love to live there now. So for outsiders the situations looks way brighter than from the inside. It is the same in Germany though. People are so dissatisfied even though they are living the dream compared to 80% of the world population. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @indiefan23 Lol. The dark side of canada is people like yourself who's simply so spoiled they thing things are terrible so they are drawn to racism and bigotry. FFS. Go away. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @marklvrd Gov't: We want to making homes affordable for everyone.\nOutcome: Unaffordable\nGov't: We want to make sure everyone is fed.\nOutcome: Food shortage 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @TheKrjack More development doesn't necessary lower the values of properties... That's a very NIMBY argument. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @altela1597 Oh! yes, he changed Canada's economy, Canada's debt before his first mandate was 630 billion and today the debt is 1,340 billion and it is increasing by 3 billion per month. .. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @robertk8524 I am going to tell you all the truth. I moved away from Canada in 2006 and lived in China up until 2019 (moved back to Canada). I saw China develop into a superpower, hiccups and inflation galore. But taxes are relatively fair and the opportunity to build something was always present. I find Canada has become a terrible choice especially now (totally neutral standpoint). If you didn't get into the housing market pre-pandemic, it will be harsh and you will be either a mortgage or tenant slave. The taxes are outrageous, utilities, insurance... these items are MUCH higher than China (and most countries). Owning a vehicle comes with high costs and you basically need one if you don't live in a top tier city. And then you are overpaying in living costs. Income tax (25-60%), property tax (about a month's salary), HST (13%)... and what do you get in return? A broken healthcare system, more freedoms (debatable), your children learning about woke agendas? An inadequate pension? If you are not in the top 5-10% (and I am), this is a very bad deal. My advice is to try to earn online with a passion and live in a location where you can actually save. Coming to Canada for the experience is great. But trying to build up in Canada is not a great choice. I am on the winning side warning you, Canada is saturated... look elsewhere. 15 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @tradesetups5269 US is the same. Crazy inflation, rents to the roof. I left and went to live in Vietnam. Feel much better here: $180 rent, $200 food, $50 bike fuel. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @perceive8159 Canada is a success story. It’s not broken, but our governance practices and our government institutions are in urgent need of repair. Over many years, successive federal governments and generations of public servants have played a key role in setting the nation’s policy direction, working productively with the private sector and provinces on shared issues, and delivering for Canadians. But that’s not where we are today.\nIt’s time to restore public confidence in government’s ability to get things done. If we can do that, everyone wins. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @portpass1974 The rich, giant corporations, banks, developers and landlords LOVE being in Canada. They're making a KILLING, and where all paying for it. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY

1 year, 8 months ago @xetradax2679 10% food price rise? 100% and not 10% 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @amrhefni9565 Regarding competition this is v true ,.every major industry is dominated by a few big players the small get acquired. This is not new, competition law is weak in Canada, very weak. It's been like this for more than 3 decades, conservative or liberal governments alike. Both didn't care to enhance competition, and open this over protective market to foreign investments. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @bontendimubanzi3206 maybe having smaller cities to invest into housing it will help the vities population or new cities 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY

1 year, 8 months ago @sketchyx8307 So much wrong in this video lol. Did you even do any research , or just try your best to click bait ? Rising rental prices because of low rentals? No it's because high interest rates lol. Put some more effort into your videos. Canada has absolutely gone to shit but at least get the facts right 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY

1 year, 8 months ago @WilliamScavengerFish ...it was a big change... 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @nsa3679 Not only they are incompetent, they are as well irredeemably corrupt to corporations. I was surprised back in 2019 and even back in 2021 when people still voted for Trudeau. Canadians have dug their own grave by being complacent. I mean, even recent Ontario election had just a 44% turnout 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @johnrichards244 The socialist euotopia. Such a dream. And the us is on the same path. We will be there if our election goes bad. Steal the money from working people and give to those who don't. Problem is when the working people have no more to steal. Guess who will pay them. 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @tulioramirez1293 No politician wanted to touch the flawed housing schemes because it would mean political ruin . 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @lukecage275 New Zealand is in exactly the same boat with living costs, immigration, housing/rental affordability and government failures. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 8 months ago @sumaiyanoor6928 Canada is one of the worst countries in the world if you want to live a reasonable life. No jobs for highly qualified and highly experienced professionals, completely messed up housing, extremely cold and depressing weather, incompetent government and many incompetent people in the industry as well. \n\nIf you want to ruin your life completely, come to Canada. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY

1 year, 8 months ago @knoknives5579 Left wing politics is not for the common man! They use the common man to propel the elite class higher… home ownership and low inflation are the keys to allowing class mobility, not government spending and open borders. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
