1 year, 7 months ago @LeandroSantos-y1r I would leave if I could. I actually regret choosing Canada over the US. If you're young, ambitious, and healthy, I advise you not to waste your time coming here. 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 7 months ago @robertgray323 Thats funny cause population has increased every year for 10 years ? If you're leaving bye bye 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 7 months ago @peterk2268 HA! Same same here in Melbourne Australia ... our governments (both State and Federal) have likewise sold us out. I can't believe how similar our situations are. Do they have a secret handbook they work from ??? (but it's not for the good of the citizens ... it's for them and their interests I think) 3 ZvSNcnG2eqY

1 year, 7 months ago @pandas231 Vancouver is expensive but these figures are way off. The average one-bedroom is $2,150, not $3,000. Actually, a two bedroom in Vancouver is less than $3,000 and cheaper in the suburbs. However, it is expensive for untilities and apartments are tough to find in Vancouver. In addition, this video reports money laundering at an all time high but that is old news. New laws and restrictions have significantly reduced or eliminated money laundering in Canadian casinos. There is also some very questionable comparisons here about cellphone service costs. In fact, the greater Vancouver area enjoys competition from several providers which maintains decent pricing comparable to cities in Asia, and it usually includes cable TV service and family pricing plans. The video included inaccurate information regarding banking. I have an RBC account that bundles 4 different accounts and a credit card and I pay almost nothing for this. Be careful when doom and gloom videos like this are published and always check the sources. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY

1 year, 7 months ago @LukasThistle tried watching this, but the minute someone references Vancouver as their prime example of Canada.... y'know it's gonna be an imbalanced study. Things are absurd up here, but we all know Vancouver and Toronto are extreme examples. From here on in, I say no thank you to your fear mongering, over the top videos. 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY

1 year, 7 months ago @ZahrDalsk Prices go up because the dollar is worth less than before so you need more of the currency to represent the same value. The dollar is worth less because the government is constantly injecting more of it into the economy. You want to fix prices? Deflation - take more currency out of the economy in taxes than you put back in in spending, and you do this by reducing spending. This will make workers' paychecks worth more and reinvigorate the economy as people can afford to buy things other than basic food & shelter again. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
1 year, 7 months ago @RobertSmith-ps5hz I've been living in Thailand for over two years, and I've noticed many people from Canada, the US, Germany, and France who have made this their permanent home. It seems like things aren't going so well in Western countries lately. I asked my German friend when he plans to return to Germany, and he said, 'never.' It's interesting because even I plan to return to Russia eventually, but someone from Germany doesn't. 2 ZvSNcnG2eqY

1 year, 7 months ago @gabstand so it means that we need more charismatic entrepreneurs to make more money and increase the number of competitors. I am not from Canada however I still feel like canada is a new country and it will grow for sure. It's much younger then US and we are experiencing stress and difficulties at the moment but we will rise. I live in Italy and I do not see any opportunities like in here. For sure US is more attractive but I hope Canada will change in the next 10 years. During recessions you can make more money than before. Can I have your opinion as well? I would like to talk to someone about it. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
